Hi,
Darling.
You came here for a reason.
Maybe your belly feels tight with stress,
Bloating,
Indigestion,
Or discomfort.
Or maybe it's not just your stomach asking for relief.
Maybe it's your nervous system too.
The gut is often called the body's second brain because it's deeply connected to how we think,
Feel,
And respond to stress.
When life feels overwhelming,
The body can stay stuck in survival mode.
Making it hard to rest,
Heal and digest.
That's why I created this meditation to help guide your body gently back into safety.
Back into softness.
Back into rest.
And digest.
So take a slow breath in.
And let yourself arrive here Gently allow yourself to find a comfortable position.
Maybe at this time you need to be slightly propped up or elevated.
Allow the body to settle in.
However it needs.
Let your shoulders drop.
Your jaw unclench and relax the tongue from the roof of your mouth.
And gently allow the eyes to close.
And if it feels comfortable,
Place one hand over your heart.
And one hand over the belly.
Just notice what's there without trying to fix it No judging the body.
Not fighting it No rushing it to heal faster.
Your body has carried you through so much.
Maybe your stomach has been holding stress,
Holding fear,
Holding emotions you didn't have time to process So today we're not forcing.
Or listening.
Take a slow breath in through the nose.
A gentle exhale softly out the mouth.
Again breathing in calm.
Breathing out tension.
Imagine your breath.
Moving all the way down into the belly.
Passing gently by the heart.
Creating softness or there was tightness creating warmth.
Where there has been discomfort Your nervous system does not have to stay on high alert right now.
You are safe in this moment.
A body has never met.
To live in a constant fight or flight It longs for rest.
Stillness and safety So let's give it that.
Imagine a small glowing orb of white light.
Resting gently in your mouth.
Watch as it slowly travels down through the throat.
Moving softly into the belly.
Glowing warmly in the center of your stomach.
All.
Calming and healing light.
With every breath.
The light expands through the belly.
Of the chest.
Easing pain,
Releasing tension and making space for relief.
Let it soothe the places carrying heaviness.
Let it calm the parts of you that feel overwhelmed.
Now watch as that light slowly rises in the mind.
Softening,
Raising thoughts.
Quieting,
Mental noise.
Allowing the brain and body to communicate with more ease Any thoughts arise.
That's okay.
You don't have to chase them.
Just notice them and let them drift by like clouds moving across the sky.
Right now,
There is nowhere else to be.
Nothing else to solve.
Just this breath this moment.
This body learning again,
Soften again now imagine that warm healing light flowing through every part of your digested system softening the stomach.
The intestines the places that have been tight,
Tense,
Inflamed or overworked.
Just offering a kindness and rest and as the body softens,
Allow the breath to become slower and gentler Feel the belly rising.
Softly with every inhale… and falling gently with every exhale.
What are these next?
Few moments.
Your only job is to breathe Let this moment be the medicine.
No perfect healing,
No instant answers,
Just a quiet return to yourself.
Imagine the body whispering.
Thank you.
Now imagine the entire body wrapped in a soft cocoon of calming white light protective and peaceful and gentle.
A reminder that your body is not working against you.
That is always trying to communicate with you.
And today you listen We must learn to digest not only food,
But life,
Emotions,
Stress and feelings too.
By the brain and belly work together calmly,
Softly and in peace.
Quietly say to yourself.
.
.
I allow myself to rest and digest.
That is exactly what you did,
My darling.
You allowed yourself.
To rest.
And digest.
So take one final deep breath in.
And let it go slowly.
And remember darling.
Healing sometimes begins the moment the body finally feels safe enough to exhale.
