Hello,
My name is Nora,
And today let's dive deep into your true essence.
We came here to this planet not by coincidence.
We came at this very particular time,
In this very particular space or country or city where you are right now,
Not randomly,
Not accidentally.
You are here now to express your truth,
To live your truth,
To be your truth,
No matter what it looks like or how you think it is supposed to look like.
Maybe your truth now has changed from what you thought it was 10 years ago,
Or last year,
Or even yesterday.
Every moment is a new invitation to explore,
To connect with your deepest truth and to express that truth.
And as we express it,
It may change again,
Because it is not fixed or still.
We live in an ever-expanding universe.
Even though you think you are still right now,
The planet spins around itself at about 1.
6 km per hour,
And the earth spins around the sun at about 107,
000 km per hour,
And our entire solar system orbits the Milky Way galaxy about 828,
000 km per hour.
What does this all mean?
As I speak now,
In the last minute only,
We have travelled 50,
000 km through space,
Every single minute.
So yes,
Even when you feel completely still,
You are flying through the cosmos at unimaginable speed.
So change and expansion are very natural.
The earth turns and your soul stretches.
The stars spiral and you are part of it all.
You are a living expression of an ever-expanding universe.
And as we express our truth,
We may influence others or be influenced by others.
I love when Ram Dass said,
We are all walking each other home.
So what is your truth right now?
Who are you?
If you let go of the identities,
Labels,
Stories,
The expectations that you place on yourself,
Or the expectations of others on you,
Who are you?
Are you living in alignment with who you really are?
Or sometimes you are playing small,
Or allowing fear or anxiety to limit your true expression.
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are more powerful beyond measure.
It is our light,
Not our darkness,
That most frightens us.
From Marianne Williamson's book,
A Return to Love.
So we were never meant to dim our light in order to fit in.
If we keep trying to fit in,
To be normal,
We may never discover how miraculous we are.
You were born with wings,
Why prefer to crawl through life?
As Rumi said.
So let's begin this journey inward.
Find a comfortable position.
Roll your shoulders back and forth.
Settle in.
Take a long,
Deep breath in.
And out.
You can gently tell your mind,
Just for this moment,
We are letting go of the past and the future.
And we are arriving in this sacred,
Precious,
Present moment.
And now let's ask a few sacred questions.
Who am I?
Imagine that you are taking off each identity,
Each role,
Each label,
As if it is a mask.
Taking them off one by one.
Don Miguel Ruiz shares in his book,
The Four Agreements.
We have all been domesticated.
We were taught from a young age how to be,
Who to be.
What to believe in,
In order to be accepted.
But these beliefs are not always our truth.
They are agreements we made out of fear.
He calls it the domestication of the human.
A process where we are trained to live according to others' rules and expectations.
Often forgetting who we truly are in the process.
Now imagine that even your body is another layer.
A suit that you are wearing for the span of this lifetime.
And now it is safe to take it off too.
So you are now floating free.
Who am I beneath the body,
Beneath the titles and roles and labels?
Who am I?
Imagine beneath all of this,
You are a glowing ball of light.
As you uncovered and take off all the suits and masks,
You are uncovering this ball of light.
It is your core.
It is your true essence.
Imagine this ball of light is now growing bigger and expanding.
It has no limitations,
No boundaries.
So it is filling the room you are in.
And growing even bigger and bigger.
Filling the building,
The neighborhood,
The city,
The whole country.
It keeps expanding and expanding.
And as it expands,
It is merging with other ball of lights that you normally don't see with your physical eyes.
You do not see beyond the suit we call the body.
And now you can see the other ball of lights.
And as you are expanding,
You are merging and growing with the other ball of lights into a massive ball of light filling the whole continent.
Growing and enveloping the entire planet.
And now let's imagine that this light is going even further,
Beyond Earth,
Into the universe.
Touching the stars.
Merging also with the light of the stars and growing even more light.
Filling each corner of the galaxy with your light.
And rapidly growing and traveling into the Milky Way,
Filling all the vastness of space with light.
With your light.
From this awareness,
Ask yourself.
Who am I?
Let the answers flow.
And if it doesn't,
That's okay too.
Who am I?
You are the light.
You are the universe.
Pure,
Unbounded consciousness.
And now,
Let's take a moment to ask yourself another sacred question.
What am I grateful for?
The best attitude is gratitude.
So ask yourself,
What am I grateful for in this present moment?
Breathe in.
And feel the depth of gratitude.
Feel the gratitude to every breath.
To this moment.
Perhaps you're grateful for the people in your life.
Your family,
Community,
Your teachers.
Maybe for your health.
Or your access to knowledge.
Or material things.
Or maybe to this precious present moment.
Maybe gratitude for yourself.
For how far you have come.
Breathe in.
Let gratitude fill your heart.
And together,
Breathe in.
Open your heart and expand it.
And let the gratitude fill your heart fully,
Completely.
And then let's ask ourselves.
What does my heart truly long for?
What is my deepest desire?
Let the answers flow.
What is my deepest desire?
Allow the answers to come.
And if nothing comes,
That's perfectly fine.
Keep your heart open.
Breathe in.
What is my deepest desire?
And now let's together take a long,
Deep breath in.
Allow all the answers,
All the insights,
All the realizations.
To be released back into the universe.
And let the universe do its magic.
So slowly and gently,
When you are ready,
Open your eyes.
Bring your palms together in front of your heart.
And thank yourself for taking the time to remember who you truly are.
From my heart to yours,
I wish you a magnificent day.
Namaste.
I honor the divine light in you,
That's also in me.
And when you are in that space,
And I am in that space,
We are one.
Namaste.
