Let this dance be a gentle ritual of surrender, presence, and deep inner alignment.

Hello,

My name is Nora and today I'm gonna guide you through a gentle movement meditation.

I invite you to stand or sit in a safe space where you feel free to move with ease.

Today we will talk about acceptance in our life.

Acceptance is a gentle art of non-judgment.

It is looking at ourselves and others with fresh eyes,

Without labels of good or bad,

Right or wrong.

It's allowing life to unfold as it is.

Trusting that every experience we go through is here to help us grow,

Learn and flourish.

Acceptance means feeling our feelings fully because that's the only way to heal it.

It means looking at our past,

All of it and knowing it had happened for us to become who we are today.

It also means looking at the people in our lives and recognizing that they did the best they could with the awareness and the tools they had at this time.

From our parents,

To teachers,

To family and community.

As the saying goes,

What you resist persists and what you accept transforms.

The moment we stop fighting our pain,

Our discomfort,

Transformation begins.

Acceptance is not passivity,

It's a conscious act of grace and compassion.

So now I invite you to gently close your eyes and take a deep long inhale through the nose and release through the mouth.

Another deep breath in and exhale,

Soften.

Notice any tension in your body and bring your awareness there.

Breathe in acceptance and breathe out resistance.

And now take another deep breath in,

Lift your arms all the way up to the sky and exhale slowly letting your arms release all the way down to the floor as far as your body allows.

Inhale again,

Slowly rolling your spine up,

Lift your arms up to the sky and exhale surrender letting all the weights melt down into the earth.

Stay here for a moment,

Surrendering to the ground beneath you and repeat softly,

I accept.

As you say this,

Gently bring to your mind any areas of your life to call for more acceptance.

Ask yourself on the physical realm,

What do I need to accept more?

Accept your body,

Every part of it just as it is.

This beautiful body that carries your soul,

It has carried you through so much.

Feel the gratitude and the acceptance for your body and take another long inhale and slowly roll up your spine to standing position.

And now place your feet shoulder width apart,

Soften your knees,

Straighten your spine,

Extend your arms in front of you in a rounded position as if you're holding a ball of energy between your hands.

As you inhale the energy ball grows and your arms widen and as you exhale it returns to its original size.

Breathe deeply and grow the energy ball between your hands and exhale.

Now bring this energy ball in front of your heart and think on the emotional realm,

What emotions are you resisting?

What emotions do I need to accept more in my life?

Maybe anger,

Sadness,

Fear.

And as you inhale deeply accept all of these emotions to your heart and as you exhale repeat I accept,

I accept,

I accept.

And now begin to gently shake your body,

Shake your legs,

Shake your hips,

Shake your arms and your shoulders.

Inhale deeply and as you exhale shake it off,

Shake it off.

And think of what you need to accept in your relationships.

Maybe a partner behavior or a child's actions.

A friend or a colleague way of being.

And repeat I accept,

I accept,

I accept all of it,

Even this.

And now move your body freely in any shape or rhythm that feels right to you now.

And think of what you need to accept in the material realm.

Your career,

Your finances,

Positions that you have or you don't have.

And as you flow and move repeat I accept,

I accept,

I accept.

And now bring your hands together at your heart in a prayer pose and lift them up above your head.

Root your feet in the ground and think of the spiritual realm.

Where are you now?

What are you learning?

What is unfolding?

What is your life purpose?

And repeat softly I accept,

I accept.

And now draw everything that you have accepted today into your heart.

Place your hands gently on your heart and whisper thank you my heart for your capacity to accept.

Allow all that you have embraced today to settle in your body.

Let the integration happen on a cellular level.

Let it flow.

And when you are ready slowly open your eyes and say just for today I accept.

I'm open to life as it unfolds and whenever you find yourself today resisting or struggling simply pause and ask what can I accept right now to bring more ease into this moment.

With all my love and gratitude thank you for accepting today.

May you carry peace and grace into the rest of your day.
