Thank you for joining me in this grounded meditation.

I like to start my day feeling grounded before I start moving throughout my day,

Going on my phone,

Interacting with people.

I just want to take care of my energy.

I want to tune in with my being and feel fully grounded,

Fully sitting on my throne in my own powerful energy.

So here are some ways that you can feel in your grounded energy.

These are going to be talking to different aspects of your being.

So the first one you can do is say,

Body,

I love you.

Show me what it feels like to be fully grounded in my body and to have energetic roots down in the deep earth right now.

And just inhale,

Take a breath and exhale.

And just pay attention to what your body is answering.

Is it a sensation?

Is it an answer?

Is it a color?

Is it a word?

It can be anything.

It's uniquely you.

Your body is going to be answering you.

What does this grounding feeling feel like?

And just continue to breathe.

And when you get an answer,

Just say,

Thank you,

Body.

Thank you,

Body,

For showing me what it feels like to be grounded in my body in this moment.

And the second thing that we're going to ask is our emotions.

Repeat after me,

Emotions,

Show me what it feels like to be fully present in this moment and grounded in my body right now.

And just remember to breathe and just pay attention.

Pay attention to what answers come through.

Again,

It could be a word,

A sensation,

A weight lifting,

An expansive breath,

A color.

Continue to breathe.

And when you get that answer,

You're probably going to smile.

Your emotions are wonderful.

And you're just going to say,

Thank you,

Emotions.

Thank you for showing me what it feels like to be grounded in my body in this moment.

And then the third thing we're going to do is we're going to ask our mind.

We're going to say,

Hi,

Mind.

I want you to show me what it looks like to keep this grounded energy fully in my body throughout the rest of my day.

Show me what that looks like.

And just breathe and just let your mind show you the possibilities of what that looks like throughout your day.

Staying grounded in this beautiful energy that your mind,

Your emotions,

And your body already showed you.

See what that looks like.

If you stay in this energy,

This being fully present and fully grounded in your body,

How good can your day be?

What possible things,

Amazing things could happen in your day today?

Just let your mind show you and continue to breathe.

You're probably smiling right now.

And when you're done,

Just say,

Thank you,

Mind,

For showing me how amazing my day can be today,

Staying present and grounded in my body and in my own energy.

And it's as easy as that.

I love just having my body show me.

I love having my emotions show me.

And then I love just telling my mind,

Hey,

Let's focus on this today.

Like how amazing this feels.

Let's focus on this for the rest of the day.

We're going to give our mind something positive to focus on.

And you are this powerful.

You have this ability just to start having these conversations with different aspects of your being.

And it's as easy as this.

And you always want to thank whoever you're talking to,

If it's your inner child,

Your mind,

Your body,

Your emotions,

Your soul.

Always say thank you when you get the answers.

That's just,

That's how you build the relationship with them.

So thank you for joining me today.

And I hope you're feeling amazing and so grounded.

And I know you're going to have the most amazing day today.
