I want to welcome you,
I want to thank you,
And I want to honor you for choosing to spread unconditional love across our planet at this time.
For some reason you were guided to find this meditation,
Trust that.
And before we begin,
It is imperative that we set an intention together,
An intention for this sharing of unconditional love,
An intention that it will be received,
An intention that it will create what is needed most at this time.
So when you're ready,
Find a comfortable position and let's begin.
Closing your eyes,
Taking a deep breath in,
Noticing how deep you're able to bring the breath in without forcing it,
Just allowing,
Remaining in a curious state.
As you take another breath and notice what has shifted and changed just by bringing your awareness to it.
And on the next breath,
What can you allow?
What can you allow in order to allow the deepening of your breath?
Bringing that intention deep within as you connect to the energy within you.
Taking a moment,
Ask yourself,
Where do I hold unconditional love?
We all have a space within us where the flame of unconditional love continuously burns.
And it's never extinguished.
Find that place within you now.
And if it is possible,
Place your hands over this spot.
Become aware now of how unconditional love feels specifically for you.
Is there a heat?
Is there a coolness?
Is there a tingling?
What do you feel here now?
Imagine that you can direct your breath to the spot.
So on the next breath in,
Breathe into this space.
And as you do,
This light,
This flame of unconditional love grows.
It takes up more space within you as every cell in your body receives this unconditional love.
Feel into it.
Allow it to grow at its own pace.
But notice that with every breath,
It moves exponentially,
Taking up more and more space within your body.
Until every single cell in your body is infused with this beautiful,
Gentle,
Unconditional love energy.
And feel how amazing it feels to be vibrating at this frequency.
And on the next breath,
You're going to allow it to expand into your aura,
The energy field that is around you.
Imagine yourself completely enveloped in this unconditional love energy now,
As your complete aura is filled with unconditional love energy.
So that not only every cell in your body is vibrating at this frequency,
But even that which holds you,
Which holds your physical body,
Your energetic body,
Is also now vibrating at this frequency.
And now you begin the journey of sharing unconditional love.
With every breath,
You're going to focus on increasing this bubble of unconditional love around you.
With every breath,
Exponentially it will grow,
Taking up more and more space.
And as it does,
It shares this beautiful energy,
This frequency of unconditional love with everything that comes in contact with it.
So breathing in,
And on the out breath,
Allowing that expansion.
As the room you're in right now is filled with unconditional love.
As the neighborhood you're in is filled with unconditional love,
The lands all around you,
Every bit of vegetation is receiving this unconditional love.
All of the animals and birds,
The insects,
All receiving this unconditional love now.
And as they're receiving it,
It's as if there is a cleansing,
A cleansing of any sticky energy,
Any negativity that has been around,
Just dropping away as we return to this place,
This frequency,
This vibration from which we all derive.
Every human in your neighborhood receiving this unconditional love energy as well.
Now on the next breath,
Expand that bubble out to the town,
City,
County,
That area in which your home resides,
Expanding it and continuing to expand this bubble until your entire country is receiving the blessings of unconditional love energy.
Remembering who they really truly are in that form of themselves that never ceases to exist.
Remembering the connection to all that there is via this beautiful frequency of unconditional love.
Taking another deep breath in and expanding that bubble to encompass the continent in which you reside.
Where all living beings,
Vegetation,
Animals,
Birds,
Insects,
Humans,
Everything,
The minerals and the rocks,
The waters that flow,
Everything receiving so easily that which is so natural,
This unconditional love frequency and vibration.
Feel how wonderful it feels to be in the middle of all of this expansion in love.
And on the next breath,
Connect with the shores of the continent where the waters meet.
And imagining that unconditional love energy flowing out into the oceans and seas.
Imagine the water molecules absorbing this beautiful energy and helping you to transport it across the planet.
As the currents of the oceans and seas carry these molecules of unconditional love energy across the planet,
Feel how good it feels to be in the midst of this change,
In the midst of this awakening or reawakening.
Now to the vibration of unconditional love.
Remembering who we truly are.
Allow yourself to rise up above wherever it is that you are resting and listening to this now.
And as you rise up above,
See the planet as a whole.
Notice that as you are witnessing and observing this beautiful wave and growth of unconditional love on the planet,
You look around and you see that there are so many other people also sharing this beautiful vibration with you.
You are not alone.
You are not the only one.
There are others just like you who are determined and intending and manifesting this reawakening into unconditional love.
They are with you and you are with them and together you are creating amazing shifts on this gorgeous planet.
Acknowledge the others.
Let them see that they too are not alone.
And why would we stop here?
Let's allow this to expand far into the deep corners and recesses of the universe.
So imagine this beautiful bubble of unconditional love energy expanding deep,
Deep into the universe.
Allowing it to grow infinitely.
And know that as you begin to journey back into your space that this energy will continue to expand and grow.
As the universe is infinite,
It continues to expand and grow in unconditional love.
Bringing yourself back into the room.
Becoming aware of your body.
Becoming aware of the shifts that have happened deep within you.
Receiving whatever healing or transformation you personally needed.
As you open your eyes and gently bring yourself back into the room.
