As you begin the process of releasing your day and intending a restful,
Deep sleep for yourself,
Get yourself into a comfortable position in your bed or wherever it is you will be resting.
Ensure that you will not be disturbed and that you can just drift off to sleep at the end of this recording.
And bringing your focus inwards now,
As we begin the process of releasing the day,
Bringing the focus inwards with every breath,
You scan your body and there is a point somewhere within your body that is the beginning and the ending point of unconditional love and connection to all that there is.
And as you breathe deeply,
Slowly,
You become aware of this point.
Maybe you sense it,
Maybe you feel it,
Or you just know,
Because when you reach this point and you focus in on it,
It's as if you are coming home.
There is a feeling of all is good,
All is right.
There is a sense of peacefulness in this place of unconditional love and connection to all that there is.
And as you focus in on this spot,
Just by merely focusing in on it,
Every breath in,
It expands and takes up more space within you.
And every breath out,
Releasing any energies associated with emotions,
Thoughts,
Feelings of disconnection,
Letting them go on the out breath,
Breathing in,
Expanding that unconditional love and connection.
And as you do,
You begin to feel that vibrational frequency of unconditional love resonating throughout your body.
And as each of your cells fill with this frequency,
There is a calmness that is washing over you.
A restfulness.
No matter what happened during the day,
All is right now.
And as you continue to fill yourself up with this energy of unconditional love and connection,
You'll notice that on the out breath,
As you're releasing the energy of that which keeps you disconnected,
That thoughts may come to your mind,
And just blow them out,
Out into the universe so that they may be rebalanced.
Just let them go.
Maybe thoughts of incomplete projects,
Perhaps you thought you would accomplish more today,
So any disappointments associated with the day,
Just release them with the out breath.
Any hurt words spoken or received,
Releasing them now with the out breath.
Any undesirable emotions you experienced today,
Releasing them with the out breath.
Any unhelpful thoughts,
Inner dialogue,
Conversations,
Releasing them on the out breath.
And when you feel like you have released all that there is to release from the day,
Bring your attention now to what you want to dream into creation.
What will tomorrow look like?
How will tomorrow be better than today?
What feelings do you want to feel as you open your eyes at the start of a new day?
What connections are you looking forward to?
What actions feel right?
Send out to the universe your intentions for the day tomorrow,
Knowing that as you sleep,
As you rest,
Your mind will receive the inspiration it needs from the universe,
And your mind will convert those inspirations into action items for you.
So that tomorrow,
In your connection to all that there is,
You will have inspired action.
You'll know exactly what it is that you need to do,
And you'll be empowered to take those actions.
Feeling good,
Feeling the love,
Feeling the connection.
Now,
Allow yourself to dream.
To dream big.
Bigger than you ever have before.
