Good morning.
Welcome to this new day.
Guiding you into this meditation in this morning,
This glorious morning,
In a positive but restful way so that you can ease into your day.
Just taking a couple of breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
As you start to set an intention for your day,
A positive affirmation such as I take on this day with grace or I am confident and clear and ready to tackle the day.
Choosing an affirmation that sits right with you and repeating that a few times in your mind to let it really sink in.
Giving you a glorious bit of space right now to do so.
Now noticing a gentle glow around your body like the morning sun enveloping you and its warmth.
Noticing it trickle down,
Glowing around you from the center of your forehead,
Washing down over your nose,
Your lips,
Your chin,
Your neck,
Shoulders,
Arms.
Wrapping around your hands,
Down over your chest,
Stomach,
Pelvis,
Your legs,
Thighs,
Shins and calves.
Embrace,
Down through your ankles,
Over your ankles,
To your feet,
This yellow warm embrace enveloping your entire body.
A comfort,
A quiet,
Gentle comfort as you sit in gratitude for this new day and for what this new day has to offer.
Because today looks bright,
Today looks peaceful.
Bringing to mind a few things to be grateful for this morning.
Maybe it's the roof over your head,
Maybe it's the loved one lying next to you or in your house.
Maybe it's the warm cup of coffee or cacao you're looking forward to this morning.
Just feeling so grateful for those simple things.
Really thinking now about your intention for the day,
Bringing it to mind again as you let it sink in one more time.
Noticing the part of yourself that is thinking and that is watching and knowing that you've got this.
You are so capable,
You are so resilient and you are so grounded and you've got this.
