Welcome.
Ideas on Truth.
The truth seems to have a zero point.
Fixed and clean.
And seen and unmoving.
No wavering,
Nor trembling,
Nor shaking.
It seems to have a zero point.
A needle point,
So fine and direct.
That it can become hidden and cloaked.
Inexperience and perception and a deception.
But then.
.
.
What if?
No,
Not for me.
It gets lost in worlds,
In between worlds,
That see it through prismed lenses,
Fragmented and torn,
Tarnished and worn in size,
And lies and twisted ribboned ties.
Then becomes the work.
Of understanding truth.
How it moves.
Seamlessly between the lenses.
The work of listening.
Presencing.
Hearing and seeing through their eyes and yours.
And we wipe away together the smears and tears and tarnished glass of our prism.
And as we presence this process,
A new truth emerges.
That seems to hold its own point of zeroness.
Its own way to be.
This is an invitation.
To consider truth.
Parsley Consider what it's like to be sitting.
Or lying down where you are.
Consider what it's like to gently close down the eyes.
Consider the truth of this moment.
Of your shape.
In this moment.
Consider how true that is,
The shape of your body.
In this space.
In this moment.
This is an invitation.
To consider the environment around the shape of your body.
Consider the sounds near and far.
The temperature of the air against your skin.
The clothing that touches other parts of your skin.
Notice this simultaneously.
The air and the fabric.
Consider any sensations in the body.
One by one.
And then all at once.
Uncomfortable or comfortable.
Without judgment,
Noticing all of these elements.
Noticing all of these elements as parts of the truth of this moment.
And notice how you accept these elements as truth.
As being here.
As you hear and see through your eyes and your ears and your felt sense.
Notice how you are here.
And notice how that is a truth.
And now.
.
.
There's an invitation to move inwards.
Into the inner landscape.
Behind the closed eyes in the dark,
Inky void of the imaginal realm.
Notice the space behind the closed eyes and how It feels in there.
Perhaps very open.
Notice its vastness.
Notice its presence.
Notice that you can listen within it.
And see within it.
Notice the truth in this moment.
In your inner world.
Notice what you notice.
As you continue to explore this inner,
Imaginal and very true place within.
As you sit a little bit deeper.
A little bit more completely within.
This is an invitation now to ponder truth.
Invite the word truth to be here.
Invite its essence.
To be here.
What speaks to you in this moment of truth?
What speaks to you in this moment.
What is it that you intuit?
Listen a little more deeply.
To the wisdom within.
The absolute seed within of truth.
What is truth?
Within you.
Your inner realm right now.
Within your imaginal realm.
Notice where the mind is and gently bring it back.
To this inner space.
Pondering the word of truth.
This is an invitation to notice the truth in the very small.
The very subtle.
And they're very big.
The wide and expansive.
This is an invitation to notice.
How truth is in the moment to moment.
The insignificant,
Seemingly innocuous moments.
Where are their truths?
We sometimes miss them as we spend our time focused on those bigger moments.
Those things that seem so significant,
They need us to identify them.
Or to find our identity within them.
As you sit or lie here.
This is an invitation.
To notice the seeds of truth within the paws.
Within the quiet actions that take us from one moment to the next.
After this moment of being within,
There will be a transition.
To another moment.
And then another.
How do you move,
Speak,
Listen in those moments?
How do you see and hear truth?
And just gently now let go of the word,
The felt sense,
The essence.
This is an invitation,
Take a breath in through your nose.
Let it out slowly from your mouth.
And as you do that,
Noticing the transition.
From one small moment to the next.
Through that breath And take another breath in through the nose.
Slowly out through the mouth.
And doing that one more time.
Becoming aware of your physical body,
The shape of your body and the environment around you.
And slowly in your own time.
Externalizing your awareness.
