Welcome to this guided activation.
I want you first to settle down in a comfortable place where you will not be interrupted.
At this time,
Let's close our eyes and take a deep,
Deep breath,
Filling our lungs,
Expanding our lungs to the maximum capacity,
Holding that breath and exhaling with a sigh.
At the bottom of that exhale,
I want you to inhale deeply again,
Expanding your lungs again and exhaling with a sigh.
And we're going to take a final third deep breath,
This time visualizing a tunnel of white light coming from the universe and entering the crown of your head.
And as you exhale,
Visualize that light moving through your head,
Neck,
Torso and legs.
As you return to a comfortable breathing pace,
I want you to extend that white light out of your feet and into the center of the earth.
Visualize that light coming back from the earth,
Entering your feet,
Filling your body from the bottom up to the crown of your head and swirling all around you.
As you enjoy this feeling of this pure white energy filling your body and extending through every corner of your extremities,
I want you now to imagine your soul slowly being separated from your physical body and almost becoming one with the light.
Through this process,
You follow the light tunnel coming at the top of your head and you begin to lift above the space you are now,
Continuing to travel through that beautiful tunnel of white light,
Ascending before your city,
Continuing to ascend above your continent,
Above our beautiful planet earth and into the universe.
As you continue to ascend into the universe,
You realize that you are getting pulled into the central sun.
You are surrounded by lovely energies that make you feel excited,
Expanded,
Invigorated and completely loved.
While there is brightness all around you,
You realize that your soul is equally bright.
The closer you get to the central sun,
The more you realize that there is life within it and more energy beings just like you.
You can also start to discern a central structure in the middest of the swirling energies.
What does it look like?
What details can you discern?
You feel invited to enter this structure and as you come in,
You find a chair in the center atrium.
Intuitively knowing that this chair is for you,
You walk up to it,
Sit down and pause to soak in all the details of everything that is surrounding you right now.
As you are basking in the beautiful energies,
You notice an inexplicable feeling.
The energies around you are warm and exhilarating,
Causing a feeling of deep love,
Protection and complete expansion.
The more you enjoy these loving sensations,
The more you notice your chakra column and each chakra getting bigger,
Brighter and spinning in a healthy way.
In this moment,
A group of light beings begins to materialize in front of you.
What do they look like?
What details can you discern?
While they are not fully defined,
You can sense their loving presence and powerful energies Just being in their presence causes you to feel a rush of loving and exhilarating energy.
They now lift their hands directing their powerful energies towards you.
You feel guided to close your eyes and when you do,
Images and messages begin to form in your consciousness with increasing clarity.
I invite you to stop any doubt,
Judgment or dismissal of any of the images that come to you.
Let's witness in silence what is being shown to us.
The images start to fade now and you know it is time to return.
The light beings lower their hands and start to dissolve integrating into all the energies around you.
With this action,
You stand up and begin your return towards the outside of the structure surrounded by the glow that your new healing provides you.
With every step,
The scenery starts to fade and you are now transported into the room that you are now.
Take one deep breath and when you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
