Let's get settled into a position that feels supportive to the body.
You can choose to sit down.
Or lie down on a mat.
Let's fully land into the present.
With each breath in let's drop further and further into the body.
I invite you to close your eyes and let your gaze soften in words.
Here we're going to take a few deep breaths to align and center.
Let's take a breath in through the nose,
Breathe in.
And out through the mouth.
Breathe in through the nose.
Breathe out through the mouth.
Let's do this one more time.
Breathe in.
Eat out.
Observe your breath for a moment here as it returns to its natural rhythm.
To bring your awareness to the top.
Of your head.
Imagine a golden white orb.
Pulsing at the center of the crown.
A light pouring downwards like a waterfall.
From the crown.
To the eye.
Down to the throat settling deep into the center of the chest moving further down into the pelvic bowl and down into the root,
The base of the spine.
Ambition Fruit.
Beginning to gently extend.
From the base of the spine.
All the way down to the soles of your feet.
These roots soften the flow beneath you.
Growing effortlessly.
Through stone.
Through concrete into the soil traveling deep into the cool,
Rich layers of the living earth.
As your roots travel downward.
They connect with the pulse of the earth.
A slow steady cyclic pulse.
With every inhalation.
Draw up the qualities of this earth presence,
This energy.
Through your roots into your bone.
And bring it into the muscles.
Give it to the mind.
With every exhalation,
Release any residual physical,
Mental noise.
Any stored heat or fatigue.
Release it down into the soil Earth willingly receives this energy.
Knowing what exactly to do with it.
Decomposing it back into pure,
New,
True life force.
A form to yourself.
Today I am giving myself permission to connect and receive.
Allow these words to land into the body.
As you feel your heart willingly open.
A luminous spiral.
Begins to form within the heart space.
Quietly clearing any stuck energy.
And filling the inner lands.
Good night.
With unconditional love.
Gratitude.
Gratitude for all that you have experienced.
The unique path that you have walked.
To do.
Collect all the moments of gratitude.
From the time you woke up.
All the way up until now.
Moments spent with yourself could be with your loved one's family community.
That's an act of kindness from a stranger.
On how nature has responded to you later.
The warmth of the sun.
Gentle cooling breeze.
I love these moments of gratitude.
To shine out clearly in your heart screen.
Feel of them.
Touch them.
Feel them.
Smell them.
Taste and leave it.
Hug them and thank them.
As you honor these moments of gratitude.
Gently shift your attention from your own heart.
To the heart of the Atmata.
Gaia.
Bhudevi.

Feel her presence.
This ancient balance.
Notice a radiant white light traveling from your heart.
To the heart of the Earth Mother.

Extending all the way up to the stars.
The galaxy above.

Feel this connection being forged.
Between you.
The art.
And the cosmos.
Allow yourself to be washed over by this light.
This feeling of oneness,
Connection to yourself.
Family.
Community.
And the universe as a whole.
Gently make your way back into the earth.
Connecting with all the things around you.
Gently flowing back into the body.
Feel the weight of the body.
Holding you.
As you gently return.
Bringing this expansive calm.
Of the Earth.
And stars.
Back up into your waking consciousness.
Wiggle your fingers and your doors.
Inviting small organic movements.
Back into the body.
For those lying down,
Turn to the right side and rest for a few moments.
If you are seated,
Continue to keep your eyes closed.
Give yourself an extra moment.
To settling to the body.
Roll your shoulders back.
If that feels good.
