Good morning and welcome to this short morning meditation.
A good start to the day is important,
Because it sets the tone for the whole day.
If you start your day positively and full of energy,
You can master challenges better and pursue your goals with greater motivation.
Let's lay the foundation for a successful day together.
Maybe you just get out of bed and you don't feel refreshed.
Maybe you didn't sleep well.
Maybe you are worrying about the day ahead.
This is okay,
And this meditation will help you to leave the night and any negative thoughts behind to gain new strength.
So,
Sit down comfortably,
Close your eyes and concentrate fully on this moment.
To become completely awake,
We start with a small breathing exercise.
Slowly breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Feel how the fresh air is flowing through your body.
Repeat it a couple times.
Breathe in and out.
Once more,
Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.
Feel how each inhalation brings new energy and each exhalation releases tension.
When you wake up in the morning,
Start with positive thoughts.
Each day is a new chance to achieve something great.
You can do it.
Set a goal that you would like to accomplish during the day and it will help you to focus on what is important.
Find one thing you are looking forward to on this day.
To get in the flow,
It helps to get the first thing done.
Make your bed,
Make a cup of coffee or get dressed,
Even if you are staying at home.
Find something that works for you.
This first task you accomplish is your first success of the day.
If you can do this,
There is so much more you can do.
Use this feeling of motivation to carry over to other tasks.
Building a routine by completing some simple tasks will reduce your feelings of stress or insecurity.
And you will find that there is nothing to worry about right now.
In the long run,
You will increase your efficiency and be more productive.
Now we are going to do three positive affirmations.
This will help you to think more positively throughout the day and energize you.
Sit up straight and repeat after me.
If you can,
Do it out loud or just in your mind.
Today is a good day.
I have the strength and energy to accomplish everything I set out to do.
I am ready for the challenges and will tackle them with confidence.
Feel these words resonate within you,
Strengthening you from the inside out.
Now take one last deep breath.
Exhale slowly and gently open your eyes.
Lift your arms and stretch your body as far as you can.
Gently return to your starting position.
Feel the energy in your body.
You know you can do it.
You and your body are capable of it.
You can do it.
Now you are ready for the day,
For this wonderful day.
You can repeat this meditation anytime you need it to boost your energy.
As you step into this new day,
Carry with you the energy and positivity you have cultivated.
Approach your tasks with confidence and embrace the opportunities that come your way.
