Hello,

And thank you for being here.

For the next few minutes,

We are going to focus on finding gratitude in the little things.

For me,

It is that you're listening to my audio right now.

We often rush through our daily lives without noticing the small but very precious moments.

When we focus on recognizing these hidden gems,

It leads to a more fulfilling life,

Happiness and a different understanding of what is really important to us in life.

Let's take the first step towards this change together by recognizing what we have.

Find a comfortable place to sit where you will not be disturbed for the next few minutes.

Close your eyes and inhale slowly and deeply.

Notice the air filling your lungs and flowing through your body.

As you exhale,

Let go of any tension or pressure that may be holding you back.

With each breath,

Your body becomes more and more relaxed.

There's nothing to think about or feel right now.

Just focus on your breath and this moment.

Imagine yourself pushing each thought out of your mind as you exhale.

They are no longer there.

As I said before,

We are going to focus on finding gratitude.

The first thing I'd like you to be grateful for is yourself,

Your body and your mind.

Your body does its job 24x7,

No days off.

This is special and challenging,

Even if we do not realize it.

Take a moment to thank your body for giving you the energy and strength to accomplish your daily tasks.

Repeat after me.

I am grateful for the energy and strength my body gives me each day and each night.

I am grateful for the energy and strength my body gives me each day and each night.

Your mind is also working 24x7,

No days off.

Take a moment to thank your mind for guiding you through life.

Repeat after me.

I am grateful for the energy and strength that my mind gives me each day and each night.

I am grateful for the energy and strength that my mind gives me each day and each night.

To become more aware of the moments for which you are grateful,

I have a little task for you.

We will do it once together,

But I suggest you make it a ritual in your daily routine.

It is very simple,

Yet powerful.

You will feel how your perception of gratitude and positivity will change once you cultivate this ritual.

It is just one question that I'd like you to ask yourself at the end of each day.

What are you grateful for today?

What are you grateful for today?

Have you found an answer for today?

If not,

That's totally fine.

At first,

You may find it difficult to answer,

But the answer doesn't have to be extraordinary.

You can be thankful for anything,

Maybe it was having dinner with your family or catching up with a friend after a long time,

Your co-worker holding the door for you or just that the sun came out and lifted your spirits.

You will find something every day,

And it will shift your focus to the positive parts of your life.

And even if you've had a rough day and can think of nothing,

Remember that you can always thank your body and your mind for making you who you are.

Be grateful for yourself.

You can return to this audio every day as you implement it in your daily routine.

Now take a deep breath and gently bring your awareness back to the present.

Carry this sense of gratitude with you as you move forward,

Knowing it's always within reach.
