Welcome to this meditation.

Today you have the wonderful opportunity to get to know yourself on a deeper level and gain more clarity about your deepest desires and dreams.

To get the most out of the session I invite you to pause the audio and grab a pen and paper.

This will allow you to write down and save all the insights you will gain from this session.

Are you ready?

Then let's get started.

Find a comfortable place and make sure you won't be disturbed for the next few minutes.

Sit up straight and close your eyes.

Now take a deep breath and exhale slowly.

Inhale for 1 2 3 and exhale for 1 2 3 4 5.

Feel the fresh air entering your nose,

Filling your lungs and gently flowing out again.

With each breath feel how your body relaxes more and more.

Your shoulders are becoming heavy and your arms and legs are relaxing.

Feel your breath getting deeper and calmer and notice your abdomen rising and falling gently.

With each breath you sink deeper and deeper into this wonderful state of calm.

Now let your breathing normalize and slowly open your eyes again to this feeling of calm.

I am now going to ask you six questions and I'd like you to repeat them in your mind.

Write down whatever comes up in your mind when you think about these questions on the paper in front of you.

Don't judge what comes up,

Just write it down for now.

If you need more time you can always pause this audio.

Let's start.

The first question is what moments in my life have made me the happiest?

What moments in my life have made me the happiest?

The next question is what is truly important to me in life?

What is truly important to me in life?

The third question,

Who do I admire and why?

Who do I admire and why?

The fourth question,

What do I want to be remembered for?

What do I want to be remembered for?

What do I want to be remembered for?

The fifth question is what would I do if money wasn't important?

What would I do if money wasn't important?

And the final question,

What would I do if I knew I couldn't fail?

What would I do if I knew I could not fail?

If you've answered all these questions,

Take another moment to think about them.

Read through them again and feel what answers touched you the most and what new insights you've gained.

These insights are the key to a deeper understanding of yourself.

They will help you to make decisions that are more in line with your true values and dreams.

Think about concrete steps that you can take based on your answers.

Perhaps there are small changes you can make immediately in your life or maybe there are larger goals that you like to work towards.

Remember that change takes time and it is okay if not everything is clear or perfect right away.

The most important step is that you have now started your journey.

All right,

That's it for today.

Thank you for listening.

See you next time!
