Contemplating Dhyana

'Contemplating Dhyana' features the wonderful tones of three rare fourth octave antique Himalayan singing bowls, performed by composer, ‘Spiritual Musicker’, and sound therapist, Dr Nicholas Peters. The three bowls heard in the track include two Dolpo tantric singing bowls (seen on the brocade cushions in the back left and back right of the artwork photograph), and a small Thadobati singing bowl (seen in the front centre of the artwork photograph).

Together, these three bowls produce a beautifully relaxing soundscape, ideal for yoga, spa, meditation, massage, rest, relaxation, and sleep.
