Welcome,
Mystics,
To this guided meditation.
As you settle in,
Allow yourself to find a comfortable position,
Either lying down or sitting with your spine gently upright.
Let your hands rest loosely in your lap or at your side.
Gently close your eyes.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.
Again,
Inhaling deeply,
Feeling your lungs expand,
And exhaling,
Letting go of all tension.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment.
There is nowhere else you need to be,
Nothing else you need to do,
Just breathing,
Just being here and now.
Let us begin by scanning the body.
Bring your awareness to the crown of your head.
Imagine a wave of soft relaxation moving downward,
Feeling your forehead smooth,
Your eyes resting easily,
Your jaw unclenching.
Let your shoulders drop heavy and relaxed.
Notice your chest gently rising and falling with each breath.
Allow your belly to soften.
Again,
Release any tension held here.
Now,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Heavy,
Loose,
Relaxed,
Down through your hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Into your calves,
Your ankles,
Your feet.
Feel the weight of your body sinking fully into the surface beneath you,
Supported,
Grounded,
Safe.
Each exhale releases more tension.
Each inhale brings calm.
Here is your breathing cue.
Spend some time here.
Inhale for a count of four,
Hold for two,
And exhale for six,
Release.
Continue this cycle,
Letting the rhythm carry you deeper.
Inhale four,
Hold for two.
Exhale for six.
With every inhale,
Imagine drawing in energy and vitality,
Like fresh mountain air filling your lungs.
With every exhale,
Release anything heavy,
Any stress or doubt,
Watching it flow out of you.
Continue to deepen this.
Inhale for four,
Hold for four.
Exhale for six,
Hold for two.
Again,
Inhale four,
Hold four.
Exhale six,
Hold two.
Each cycle takes you deeper,
Preparing you for the journey ahead.
Inhale four,
Hold four.
Exhale six,
Hold two.
Allow your breath to fall to its natural rhythm.
Nothing forced,
Just breathe.
Now imagine yourself standing at the base of a great mountain.
The path stretches before you,
Winding upward into the clouds.
This mountain represents your strength,
Your resilience,
Your power.
You take a step forward.
The ground is firm beneath your feet.
You feel safe,
Steady.
The air is fresh and crisp,
Carrying the scent of pine.
Birds call in the distance.
As you begin your climb,
Notice the world around you.
Sunlight filtering through branches.
A gentle breeze brushing your skin.
With every step,
Your body feels stronger.
Your spirit feels lighter.
You reach a stream,
Crossing your path.
Kneeling down,
You cup the cool,
Clear water in your hands.
As you drink,
Feel yourself renewed,
Refreshed.
The water carries strength into every cell of your being.
Continue upward.
The path is steady.
You notice the rhythm of your breath.
In,
Out,
Out.
With each breath,
You feel more determined.
With each step,
Your confidence grows.
Now you reach a rocky incline.
It looks steep,
But within you is great power.
You climb with ease.
Hands gripping firmly,
Feet strong and sure.
You are capable.
You are unshakable.
Finally,
You come to a plateau near the summit.
From here,
The view expands.
Look out across vast valleys,
Rivers and forests stretching endlessly.
Feel the sense of freedom and perspective.
This is the mountain of your inner strength.
Above you,
The summit glows in golden light.
You walk toward it,
Steady and sure,
Until you stand at the very top.
Here,
You feel a surge of strength rising through your body.
From the soles of your feet to the crown of your head.
Pause here.
Breathe in the mountain air.
Breathe out all doubt.
You have arrived.
You are strong.
You are whole.
As you stand on the summit,
Let these affirmations fill you.
Repeat them silently after me,
Or simply listen and absorb their truth.
I am strong.
I am resilient.
I overcome challenges with courage.
I trust myself.
I rise above fear.
I am grounded.
I am powerful.
I am unshakable.
Feel these words resonating within you,
As steady as the mountain itself.
With every breath,
The strength of the mountain becomes part of you.
Its roots are your roots.
Its peak is your peak.
Spend a few moments here in Shavasana,
Absorbing any lessons or messages you may have experienced.
Now slowly begin to bring your awareness back.
Feel the ground beneath you.
Notice the weight of your body.
The air on your skin.
Imagine carrying a small stone from the mountain,
A symbol of your strength,
With you as you return to your daily life.
Take three deep grounding breaths.
Inhale deeply,
And exhale fully.
Again,
Inhale,
Exhale.
One last time,
Inhale,
And release.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,
And yawn and stretch in whatever way serves you well.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Carry with you the strength of the mountain,
Knowing it is always within you.
Your journey is now complete.
Thank you for sharing your light with me here today.
And until next time,
Remember,
Live,
Love,
And magic.
Take care.
