Let's begin by you finding a comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.
Take a deep,
Steady breath in and exhale fully.
Let the weight of your body sink into the ground beneath you.
With each breath,
Soften your shoulders,
Your jaw,
Your mind.
Feel the earth beneath you,
Ancient,
Steady,
Wise.
Imagine roots growing from your spine and feet deep into the soil,
Connecting you to every mountain,
River,
And crystal in the earth.
As the vibration hums through you,
Whisper inwardly,
I am safe,
I am grounded,
I belong.
A gentle mist curls around you,
Silver and soft.
The air smells of jasmine and rain.
Before you appears a golden pathway,
Glowing faintly through the fog.
Follow this path,
Step by step,
Until an ancient archway emerges,
Covered in moss and luminous runes.
As you step through,
A shiver of light ripples through your body.
You have entered the magical realm.
Take a moment here and look around.
The sky shimmers with colors of amethyst and rose gold,
Swirling together like liquid dawn.
Trees whisper your name.
The air hums like music from another world.
You are surrounded by beauty.
Each sound,
Each breeze,
Each smell is alive with consciousness.
You have arrived where magic meets imagination.
As you walk through the shimmering meadow,
Glowing blue grass brushes against your legs like silk.
Ahead,
A river of liquid silver winds gracefully through the land.
Kneel beside the water and dip your fingers in.
Feel its coolness,
Sparkling,
Alive,
And whisper softly,
Release what no longer serves me.
Restore me to peace and watch the ripples carry away old heaviness.
With every breath,
You feel lighter,
Clearer,
Stronger.
You rise and continue your journey.
In the distance,
You see a crystalline castle floating above the horizon.
Its towers reflect sunlight like diamonds suspended in the air.
You walk toward it effortlessly,
Guided by inner knowing.
As you step into the castle,
Light dances through stained glass,
Painting the marble floor in rainbow hues.
At the center stands a luminous being,
Your guide.
They may appear as an angel,
A wise elder,
Or even a reflection of your own divine self.
Their eyes hold galaxies.
Their presence feels like peace itself.
Spend a few moments here,
Just enjoying this peace.
The being extends their hands and reveals a small object,
Your gift.
Perhaps it's a crystal,
A feather,
A flame,
A golden key,
Or something only you can see.
This object holds the energy you most need now,
Courage,
Love,
Clarity,
Peace,
Confidence.
As you accept the gift,
Feel it pulse with light merging into your heart.
You hear the guide whisper,
This has always been yours.
It is time to remember.
The warmth spreads through your chest,
Your arms,
Your being,
Anchoring the essence of your gift.
Your guide smiles,
Blessing you with their gaze.
As you turn to leave,
The castle glows brighter,
Dissolving into starlight.
The silver river fades,
The trees bow in silent farewell.
You walk back toward the archway of golden light.
Each step brings you closer to your waking world,
Yet you carry your gift within your heart.
The light surrounds you,
Lifting and grounding you all at once.
Whisper softly to yourself,
I remember.
I am whole.
I am home.
Step through the archway,
Back into the present moment.
Feel your body resting here,
Safe and steady.
Now release all imagery,
All sound,
And allow your body to rest completely in stillness.
This is Shavasana,
The sacred pose of surrender.
In this stillness,
Your mind and body integrate everything you received,
The visions,
Sensations,
Emotions,
And healing frequencies.
In Shavasana,
There is no doing,
Only being.
It's the moment when your nervous system resets,
When the subconscious absorbs wisdom.
When imagination becomes embodiment.
Inhale peace,
Exhale release.
Float here in perfect harmony,
Balanced between realms,
Yet deeply rooted in now.
When you are ready,
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Bring gentle movement back to your body.
Yawn and stretch in whatever way serves you well.
Open your eyes slowly.
Carry your gift with you into your day,
Your week,
Your life.
The magic is within you,
