Welcome,

My name is Morgana Marie and I want to take you through a journey of exploring the present moment to connect you to you so you can be in full awareness,

Receiving,

Knowing and perceiving of everything that is.

So take in a moment just to find a comfortable space wherever you are at and just ground your feet into the earth.

Push your barriers down from the day and just relax your belly completely.

Close your eyes if you feel safe to do so.

This is a journey of really becoming more aware of your sensory self so you can gain more awareness and insight.

Listen to your inner voice,

Follow your intuition and practice the art of presence in every day.

So what are you aware of right now?

You may be aware of the noises around you,

Just notice how much you try to resist them,

Maybe you react to them.

See if you can allow yourself to expand out,

Ask your being to expand,

To be in allowance of noticing the sounds,

The smells around you,

The energy around you.

What do you notice about that?

What are you aware of?

Just observe without judgement,

Just acknowledgement.

How is your breathing?

How are you holding your body?

Does it feel tense,

Uptight or are you relaxed and at ease?

Maybe you'd like to take a moment just to notice your body,

Give yourself permission to soften and surrender.

Keep expanding your energy out.

You see,

What we tend to do is contract from the busyness and the noise of life and we resist it and then we don't thrive because we repress our energy.

So what if you didn't have to and you could be more present,

More honouring of you,

How much you are aware and be in that place of true presence to know what's your emotion,

What's your thought,

What's your pain and someone else's pain,

Thought or emotion.

Our body is a receiver of information and intelligence that we often don't give ourselves credit for.

So through this guided practice,

It is my aim to guide you back into your infinite knowing,

Your infinite awareness and your ability to perceive and know and be and receive everything without cutting yourself off or cutting off your awareness.

The ability to know and perceive information without having to take it on,

To be in the question of your life,

To live from the question,

To listen to your body.

What does your body say?

What is your body expressing or trying to communicate to you today?

Continue to notice the sounds,

The smells and the energy and perceive it.

Expand your energy out more and more and more past the room that you're in,

Past the building that you're in now.

Being in full total awareness with the environment and everything around you.

Continue to expand your energy,

Push your barriers down,

Allow yourself to get out of your head and get into your body.

What does your body know?

What do you know?

What are you perceiving?

What are you receiving?

What do you know?

Does the energy that you perceive,

Does it feel light or does it feel heavy?

Just take a moment to notice.

Maybe you have an important decision to make in your life.

Maybe you have these choices that have been presented to you but you're not sure what one to go for.

What one feels heavy and what one feels light?

When something feels heavy and dense and restrictive,

It's not the best option.

When it feels light,

Contributive and expansive,

It's probably going to contribute to you more than you ever imagined.

And your body will show you this.

It will show you when you are feeling restricted,

Constricted,

When there's heaviness.

Acknowledge that as a message.

And when you feel light,

Lifted,

Energised,

Expansive,

Notice that.

Acknowledge that.

This is your compass for life.

The ability to be,

Know,

Perceive and receive energy.

To be present.

To be in the moment.

To live from awareness.

Practice this every day before messaging someone back,

Before agreeing to go on a date,

Before being on autopilot in your day.

Be present.

What does your body want to do?

What is your body communicating to you?

Allow this instant information to show you the way.

It's always available.

You always have access to it.

Awareness is your superpower.

Presence is the tool.

I hope you have enjoyed this practice.

Come back to this to recalibrate your knowing,

Your awareness when making choices and decisions in your life.

And be willing to follow what contributes to you.

Not from need,

Not from obligation,

Not from a place of,

I have to,

I should do,

I must,

I need.

Let's eradicate that language,

That energy,

That frequency today.
