So,
Ground your feet into the earth,
Sit yourself down on a chair and lengthen your body,
Your spine,
But relax,
Shoulders are relaxed.
Push your barriers down from the day and allow yourself to be grounded and rooted through your feet into the earth,
Feeling the support of the earth,
Mother earth,
The elementals and divine consciousness.
Allowing this energy through mother earth to move through your feet,
Just allow that energy to come through your legs and up through each chakra,
Allowing them to open and spin and expand in all directions,
Past the room that you're in,
Past the town,
City that you're in,
The country that you're in,
Keep expanding your energy,
You are infinite potential,
You are infinite possibility,
You are infinite creation,
And allowing that energy to move through and up through your throat chakra now,
Allowing yourself to fully express,
Awaken your voice,
Clear any where you feel like you can't speak,
You can't express or communicate your truth,
Move that energy up through the top of your head and out past the top of your head,
Through the laws of the galaxies and the stars,
Past the prairie,
Iridescent light into the cosmic laws of the universe,
And notice you are one here,
You are part of everything that is,
You are infinite being,
You are infinite creation,
What are the infinite possibilities of you here,
The choices that you can make every day,
Right now to be more of you,
Where have you been hiding yourself,
It's time to unhide you now,
Let's allow the creator to show you that it's possible to be seen,
Be heard,
To stand up and be yourself and be the person that you were born to be,
Keep expanding your energy out,
Every time you feel like you want to contract,
Just expand in all directions,
Your being is such a contribution here to mankind,
To others,
Your being is purposeful,
Would you be willing to know that now,
To acknowledge the gift that you are,
What difference are you in the world,
What gifts and abilities do you have that you haven't really acknowledged,
That if you acknowledged them you would truly be receiving of so much more,
So much more of life's possibilities and magic,
And if you're weary,
Maybe feel like it's not safe to be yourself in the world,
Let's allow creator,
Divine consciousness to show you that it's safe to belong,
That you know how to belong and that you can belong,
That you don't need to live your life alone,
Feeling lost or confused,
Isolated or separate from others,
That you can be and that you are part of everything that is,
You are consciousness,
What can you be and do different today that would allow so much more to show up for you,
From ease,
From just choice alone,
And everywhere we've decided that it's not possible to do this or be this or have that,
Would you be willing to clear and delete that now,
Send that all to the light,
Let's just cleanse and clear your space of any energetic density,
Stuckness,
Allow your vessel,
Your body to be this portal of divine inspiration,
Creativity,
Infinite abundance,
That you have access to all of that,
Keep expanding your body,
Your being,
Notice your energy expanding,
Every time you feel like you want to contract,
Just keep expanding,
If you feel any intensity in any way in your body,
Or any sense of heaviness,
Any pain,
Just be willing to acknowledge that,
What is the message there,
Who does it belong to,
Can you change it,
Are you ready to clear and release that now,
What power and potency have you been repressing,
That if you didn't have to repress it anymore,
You would be pain free,
Let's show you that you can live your life without taking on the burden of other people's problems,
Pains,
And realities,
And limitations,
And let's choose to know what more is available and possible for you in this moment,
And every moment that you continue to be more conscious,
It's safe for you to be present,
You know how to be present,
Can be present,
That your presence is a contribution and gift to so many people,
And everywhere you feel like you have to keep learning and learning more and learning through challenges,
Let's show you that it's possible to learn through virtues,
And embody these virtues now,
Joy,
Beauty,
Compassion,
Abundance,
Connection,
Trust,
Love,
Receiving,
Being,
Having,
Knowing,
What do you know about you that no one has validated,
Because the only one that needs to validate that is you,
Would you be willing to validate your knowing and choose more awareness,
And everywhere you've been refusing awareness,
Refusing to be present,
Let's send that to the light,
Clear and cleanse and wash away any negativity,
Any tension,
Any fears,
Any worries and judgements,
Any regrets that you may feel from the past,
And let's show you that you can live your life,
Continuing to move forward with ease,
With gratitude,
And faith and trust and belief in who you are,
Who you were born to be,
Keep expanding your energy out,
Keep noticing the magic of your being,
Any soul whispers that you have,
Those intuitive nudges,
What does your heart communicate to you now in this moment of presence with your body,
