The whole world will be against you if you don't stand up for yourself.

The whole world,

Including your closest family members,

Your partner,

The system,

Everything around will feel like it's going against you,

Is going to get you,

Is going to hurt you if you don't stand behind yourself.

And it is a practical self-love approach.

It is a radical self-love approach.

And that requires radical concentration and focus on yourself,

How you feel every minute of your day.

Meaning,

If you are triggered by whatever circumstances that is,

Investigate that and bring the hurt part of you back home,

Into a center,

Till when you say things like I am lovable,

Feels normal.

Till you say I am worthy of love,

Deserving of love,

Feels normal.

Till you say I am perfect as I am,

I am good enough exactly as I am,

Feels normal.

Till you say I am beautiful exactly as I am right now,

Feels normal.

Till you say I am abundant exactly as I am right now,

Feels right to you and normal.

Till you say I am healthy and it feels normal.

Till you say I am deserving and worthy no matter what and it feels normal.

Because what you are looking at in the mirror is really not your real you.

It's just your avatar.

Your true self is only part of you.

It's human self you,

Which you created.

But to be complete,

You are also the higher self of you and the spirit self of you.

So spirit and human self is all you.

And feel whole and one requires the parts which feels unlovable,

The parts which feels not good enough,

The parts which feel not talented,

The parts which feel not abundant,

The parts which feel not healthy.

By default,

Looking at your spirit,

What you are at the core,

The inner work requires to bring them home because it's the rejected part of you.

It's the parts of you which you created as a child or which were created from a psychological point of view,

Which we believe in something,

Create some assumption and then somehow you reject it yourself with the assumption I am not beautiful,

With the assumption I need to do something in order to get the love or I need to hard work for the money.

But just try with me this exercise right now.

And say with neutrality,

Don't push it,

Don't try it hard,

Don't do it because you want to manifest something just for the sake of checking out where you are at right now.

So let's say with me right now,

I am lovable.

Right here,

Right now,

Exactly the same,

No matter what happened 10 years ago,

20 years ago,

30 years ago,

Yesterday,

What's going on right now in my life,

I am lovable no matter what.

And I don't want to use another check affirmation,

Which is I am good because we tend to have very specific ideas about what good means.

So let's go to another one,

I am good enough exactly as I am right now,

No matter what other people think about it,

Or what my parents thought about it when I was a child,

What other people really think about me right now,

It does not matter.

Just say it for yourself and check it what you feel when you say it in pure neutrality without trying,

Without pushing,

Just purely say it for yourself in the stillness,

In the present moment,

I am good enough,

No matter what.

And then observe and be honest and truthful to yourself,

What do you feel?

Is it any cringe there?

Is there any pain there?

Does parts of you cry for your attention or screams that's not true and you need to pay attention to those parts and bring them back home to do,

Sitting with that emotion,

Writing down those thoughts,

Doing shadow works,

Meaning with the darkest ideas,

What you've got in thoughts,

Writing them down,

Bringing them to your heart and just be there till there is emotional charge,

Then you can ask yourself,

When was the first time I felt this way?

When was it the first time?

So why do I feel this way?

Because I haven't born this way,

I am not by default not good enough.

And sit with those emotions only,

Don't go into the mind,

Bring them into your heart,

Be still and slow down on purpose and observe it,

Those assumptions or those memories or those feelings and just digest them.

The moment you surrender to those feelings,

They will neutralize itself and then whatever assumption is beyond that,

It has no power over you and automatically then your mind or your body goes into the default state,

Which is you are by default state good enough.

No matter what other people think,

Maybe you were rebel,

Maybe you haven't listened to your parents all the time,

So they would say you were naughty girl or naughty boy.

I was definitely rebel all the time as a child,

So for me it was stigmatic and thinking about me good,

I always thought because my parents thought I am a bad girl,

I was trying to prove them wrong,

So I would chase that approval and then I was trying to be somebody else.

So who you are is already perfect as it is,

It's already good enough,

It's already lovable,

It's already abundant.

No matter what money you've got on a bank account,

No matter whether you've got home or not,

No matter what,

Just say to yourself,

I am abundant no matter what,

Because by default you are already and your spirit is already abundant no matter what,

That's your default state.

So just state it and then observe what feelings come up,

Where in the body you feel it and then go back into that part of the body and then write it down,

What is there,

What kind of feelings is there,

What kind of ideas are there,

What kind of thoughts are there and then bring them to your heart in the stillness,

Breathe into it and just honor that feeling and stay with that feeling and you can do as in the comment my friend and beautiful soul wrote it down here on this channel in comments,

He would record himself,

You know those thoughts he had behind the screen,

Behind his mind,

He would keep repeating themselves,

He would write it down,

What he sort of keeps saying to himself,

So you can when you investigate where in the body you feel unpleasant when you say certain affirmation,

Then you can write those things and then record yourself and then play it back to yourself and the reason why you do it,

It's you're honoring those parts of yourself you rejected,

So it's like in a child who is left alone and think it's unlovable because it's not listening it's mommy or it's not deserving love and the child creates the idea that he must do something about it or he must be,

I don't know,

A better person,

Just not himself,

So record those things and play them and what you want to do is bring them into the heart and honor those feelings of your inner child because that means that is radical and practical self-love,

That is radical and practical self-compassion and that is the only thing you need to do nowadays and in 2025 because it's not only awakening but also time speeds up,

So all these triggers,

You will have triggers and everything goes around the world,

Even the climate,

Even the animals,

Even all people around you,

Everything around you will be triggering you and speeding up the process of coming back home and meaning don't worry about other people,

What matters is only you and I don't mean it in a narcissistic way,

I mean it in a purely and in the pure spiritual way,

That means I can only change myself,

I can only experience something which I feel from within,

So everything will be triggering you around only because you need to go back to yourself and honor your negative thinking,

Your negative feelings and those parts which you rejected and bringing back to your heart,

Bringing back to yourself,

To your psyche,

To your heart,

To your spirit,

To your human self and unite them and say it's okay,

We are back home now,

You were thinking all that time that you are not lovable,

You have to do something in order to get love but that's not true,

We are default,

We are lovable by default,

We are abandoned by default,

So bring all those parts which think they don't have money or they have to work hard in order to get money or they have to prove by having money to others and that's why they would get approval or love or connection,

Bring those,

Honor them,

Listen to them,

Be with them,

Record those voices and see it as a part of you which just needs you to listen to them and honor those feelings and bring them to the heart and stay with it as long as it takes,

Don't rush it,

Surrender to this process because it matters and you matter,

How you feel matters,

You create your reality because ultimately what you do is creating your reality and everything around you will mirror that,

So that is the inner work this year is pushing you into doing it,

So there's not much outside,

It's more a detachment from approval from other people,

Detachment from other people,

Detachment from owning other people in the relationship,

Even letting them go,

You don't want them to hold them in your heart,

Let them go,

You can love them and give them total freedom,

But first,

And you will be forced into it,

You will be triggered into it,

You need to focus on yourself and love yourself,

Love those parts of yourself which feel scattered in the time and space,

Which needs your parenting,

Which needs your listening ear,

Which needs your time,

And when you do so,

You're bringing them all back home and you will feel whole and complete and you are whole and complete,

But this is the process which is required right now from all of us and this is awakening process and this is ascension process,

This is self-realization process and this is holy process,

So focus on yourself,

How you feel,

Focus on your desires,

Focus on what you want,

What is it really that you want and start choosing it,

Don't be afraid to choose what you want,

Because that's how you create reality,

You have to choose it,

You have to choose it,

Because if you don't choose it,

It will be chosen for you,

So be okay,

Choose it so that's what i wanted to share with you,

I hope it brings you the light,

I hope it brings you that release and that satisfaction,

Inner happiness and inner peace,

Much abundance to you all,
