Helena’s meditations and courses are grounded in science and infused with heart, striking a balance between evidence-based practices and creative exploration. Her work and her own personal journey explore how to cultivate the biology of love - our natural capacity for fearless joy, trust and connection, knowing all the while that peace is not the absence of struggle but the ability to stay present, even amongst the storms. Meditation, compassion, sea swims, singing and connection are Helena’s antidotes to the pressures of a non-stop world! She knows that our journeys need not be solitary and above all, when we take care of ourselves, it naturally extends outwards, shaping our relationships and the wider culture we live in. With a BSc in Biochemistry, a Postgraduate Certificate in Mindfulness Research, and an MSc. in Wellbeing, Helena is fascinated by the intersection of science and wellness.
