Welcome to your Accepting How I Feel tapping meditation.
In this meditation,
We'll be creating space to feel whatever needs to be felt.
So let's dive straight in by noticing what feeling is most present for you right now.
There may be several present,
But try to focus in on just one.
What feeling is the strongest for you?
Close down the eyes,
Place your hands on your heart center and feel.
Zone in to that dominant feeling.
Allow that feeling to be there without judgment.
And take note of how intense that feels to you.
During this meditation,
I'll be leaving space for you to fill in the blanks with the feelings and sensations that feel true to you.
We will start by tapping on the side of the hand.
Please follow along by tapping where I tap and repeating my words either out loud or in your mind.
Taking a deep breath in.
And release.
And tapping on the side of the hand.
Even though I'm feeling.
I offer curiosity and compassion to myself now.
Even though part of me is feeling.
I allow myself to soften and to look at what's here.
Even though part of me is feeling.
This feeling is not who I am.
And I send love and compassion to all parts of me now.
Eyebrow,
This feeling.
Side of the eye,
It's intense.
Under the eye,
I recognize its presence.
Nose,
But I don't want to feel like this.
Chin,
I'm trying to avoid it.
Collarbone,
Hide from it rather than embrace it.
Under the arm,
Contracting within the feeling rather than opening to it.
Top of the head,
I'm feeling.
Eyebrow,
I choose to bring curiosity to this feeling now.
Side of the eye,
I wonder what it's here to say.
Under the eye,
What message it wants to deliver.
Under the nose,
What it wants you to know.
Chin,
Why it's here.
Collarbone,
We're going to stay with this feeling.
There's no need to repeat for a moment.
Just take the time to really focus in on what you are feeling.
Label the emotion.
Welcome it in.
Feel its intensity.
Let the energy wash over your whole body.
Notice the sensations that come with this feeling.
And where they might be in your body.
And now ask yourself,
What are you here to share with me?
Just allow yourself to receive any message that wants to be heard.
It's okay if nothing comes up for you.
Just continue tapping and remain curious.
What does this feeling want to say?
What does it want you to know?
Under the arm,
What's behind this feeling?
Top of the head,
Staying curious and listening to whatever wants to come through.
Take a deep breath in.
And release.
And repeating again after me at the eyebrow.
Part of me feels.
Side of the eye,
I feel it in my.

Under the eye,
It feels like.
.
.
Under the nose,
It's safe for me to feel what I am feeling.
Chin,
I allow this feeling to be here.
Collarbone,
I let myself be curious.
Under the arm,
I drop in and feel my body.
Top of the head,
I don't need to run or hide from this feeling.
Eyebrow,
I soften to feel everything I need to feel.
Side of the eye,
It's safe for me to feel this.
Under the eye,
So I breathe into this feeling now.
Under the nose and let the experience move through.
Chin,
As I do,
I release the energy attached to it.
Collarbone,
I am not this feeling.
Under the arm,
I open my heart to welcoming this feeling in.
Top of the head and show myself love and acceptance to all parts of me now.
Gently stop tapping and place your hands on your heart centre.
And take a deep breath in through the nose.
And as you exhale,
Release any residual fears,
Doubts or limitations you have attached to this feeling.
With each breath,
You become lighter,
Freer and enter a space of new possibilities.
Allow yourself some time now to feel into this new vibration.
Allowing it to sink into every cell of your being.
And with a smile on your face,
Gently open your eyes and bring yourself back into the space.
Into your body as we close off this meditation.
