Hello my friend.
Today we're going on a magical journey beneath a silver moon.
Deep into a peaceful forest.
Where we will meet one of nature's most fascinating animals.
The wolf.
Before we begin.
Find a comfortable place to rest.
You might like to lie down,
Getting ready for a beautiful night's sleep.
Or have some rest time snuggling beneath the blankets on the couch.
Or perhaps you're wanting a quiet car ride.
Wherever you are,
If it feels okay,
Close your eyes.
Now.
Take a slow,
Gentle breath in through your nose.
And softly breathe it out.
Again,
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Feel your shoulders becoming softer.
Feel your arms becoming heavy.
You Feel your legs relaxing.
With every breath,
Your body feels calmer.
Why is that?
And more peaceful.
Now,
Imagine us above you.
A beautiful night sky is appearing.
Tiny stars sparkle like diamonds.
The moon hangs low and bright,
Glowing silver across the darkness.
As you watch,
A slow pathway of moonlight appears before you.
The path winds gently through an ancient forest.
Tall pine trees sway in the breeze.
Their branches whisper softly overhead.
The air smells fresh and cool.
Somewhere nearby.
An owl cool.
You began walking along the moonlit path.
Your feet feel light and easy.
The forest feels safe.
Friendly.
And peaceful.
As you wander deeper among the trees,
You notice something moving ahead.
A silvery grey wolf steps quietly into a patch of moonlight.
Her fur shines like silver mist.
Her golden eyes sparkle with kindness.
She is not scary.
She is calm.
She is wise.
And she seems to have been waiting for you.
The wolf bows her head gently,
As if to say hello.
Then,
She turns and begins walking along the forest trail.
You follow.
Together,
You move silently beneath the stars.
Did you know?
Worms can travel many kilometers in a single day.
Their strong legs help them explore forests,
Mountains,
Grasslands and snowy valleys.
As you walk beside the wolf.
You notice how graceful she is.
Every step is careful.
Every movement is calm.
She never rushes.
She seems to know exactly where she is going.
Soon.
You arrived.
At a beautiful clearing bathed in moonlight.
There,
Waiting beneath the stars,
Is a wolf pack.
Young Moves.
All the wolves.
Parents?
Grandparents.
Brothers and sisters.
Did you know A wolf pack is really a family.
Many people imagine wolves as lonely animals,
But wolves are actually deeply connected to one another.
They care for their pups.
They protect one another.
That play together.
And they work as our team.
The young wolves race around the clearing.
Chasing one another through the moonlight.
Some tumble into the snow.
Others gently wrestle and play.
You smile as you watch.
The wolf beside you explains that play is important.
Just like children learn through games,
Young wolves learn important skills through play.
How to balance.
How to communicate.
How to work together.
One playful pup runs past and invites you to join.
Soon you are racing through the Moonlit Clearing.
Not to win.
Not to be the fastest.
Just for the joy of moving.
The joy of being alive.
After a while,
Everyone settles down beneath the stars.
The forest grows still.
Quiet.
And peaceful.
Then,
Something magical happens.
One wolf lifts its nose toward the moon.
A long gentle howl.
To rest into the night.
Another joins in.
Then another.
And Naba.
Soon,
The whole forest seems filled with beautiful wolf songs.
Did you know wolves how to communicate with one another?
Their howls can travel for many kilometers through forests and mountains.
Sometimes they are saying,
I'm here.
Sometimes they are helping family members find one another.
Sometimes they are simply sharing information.
The wolf beside you looks at you kindly.
And then she shares an important secret.
Every wolf has its own voice.
You listen carefully.
No two howls sound exactly alike.
H1 is unique.
Each one belongs.
The wolf nudges you gently.
And suddenly,
You realize something important.
Just like the wolves,
Every person has their own voice too.
Your ideas.
Your gifts.
Your kindness.
Your imagination.
Nobody else in the whole world is exactly like you.
And that is truly something wonderful.
The moon glows brightly overhead.
The wolves sit peacefully together.
You feel warm.
Sight.
And part of something bigger.
The wolf pack teaches another lesson that night.
Even though each wolf has its own voice.
They still stay connected.
They listen to one another.
They help one another.
And they look after one another.
You don't have to do everything alone.
Just like wolves.
We all need friends.
Family.
Teaches.
And people who care about us.
Together we are stronger.
The wolf smiles.
The stars twinkle above.
The forest seems to breathe peacefully around you.
You You take a slow breath in.
And a slow breath out.
The wolf has one final gift to share.
She shows you how to pause.
To become still.
And to listen.
Suddenly,
You noticed things you hadn't heard before.
You notice the breeze moving through pine needles.
You notice a distant stream bubbling over smooth stones.
You can hear the flutter of tiny wings overhead.
You can hear the heartbeat of the forest itself.
The wolf teaches us that when we become quiet enough,
The world begins sharing its secrets.
And many of those most beautiful things in life.
Can only be noticed when we slow down enough to listen.
You thank the Wolfpack for their wisdom.
We thank the moon for lighting the way.
And as the silver path begins carrying you gently home.
Bring their lessons with you.
Be brave enough to use your voice.
Stay connected to the people who care about you.
Work together.
Play often.
And remember to slow down.
And listen.
To the quiet wonders all around you.
Because just like the wolves beneath the moon,
You belong exactly where and as you are.
Now.
Take another slow breath in.
And out.
Start to notice where you are right now.
Feel the surface beneath you,
Maybe a bed,
A couch,
A chair.
And start to notice the walls in the room or the space around you.
Start to wriggle your fingers and your toes.
And from here,
You can choose to gently open your eyes and continue to move throughout your day.
Oh.
Keep your eyes closed and continue to rest.
Thank you for going on this journey with me today.
Bye for now.
My friend.
