Welcome.
To this somatic bath meditation as part of the embodiment guide.
I want to first start by just acknowledging you.
Acknowledging that you have taken this time for yourself.
And that is not a small thing.
That is a sign of deep respect.
And we are going to build on that today.
You might be coming to this meditation because you just need a little reset.
I like to think of it as shutting the system down the same way we shut the system down when we close our computer here.
You're going to clear the cache.
Of your mind.
You're going to leave behind.
.
.
The clutter of the day,
The busyness.
The need to be on.
Whatever it is.
There is no problem.
To be solved here.
Today.
Is simply a place.
To receive.
The abundance of your being held.
Hell.
In the warmth.
Of the element.
Water which is so pure.
So vast water which is at the root.
Of your life.
Water.
Water which is at the root.
Of where you were held before you were even here this space.
Will help you remember that.
Through the energy.
Of your own body.
Which always remembers.
And so I invite you now.
If you haven't already,
To step inside this bath.
Settling in.
Perhaps dimming the lights if you haven't already.
Setting the space.
Maybe lighting a candle.
Making sure you have privacy.
And if you'd like,
You can close your eyes.
Or you can keep them open,
Whatever feels most comfortable.
You may also want to position your hands.
One hand maybe on your heart,
And one hand on your belly.
This can be a really nice calming position if it calls to you.
But whatever way your hands,
Your body want to be placed,
Just finding that.
Perfect.
Balance.
And so we begin.
Just relax.
By breathing.
Feeling the breath pour into the body naturally.
And exhaling slow and completely.
Allowing the breath to be a wave.
And this wave moves through you.
And gentle.
In mysterious ways.
And as it moves through you.
You can start to feel the skin that surrounds you.
And the water.
That encompasses the skin.
Holding you.
Protecting you.
Loving you.
Allowing the breath.
Clear.
Whatever static.
Whatever lingering thoughts or lingering tensions.
Might still remain.
Allowing the breath.
To guide you.
Into settling them here.
Offering them.
To the water.
Feel.
As your body.
Connects.
To whatever surface you're on.
So supported.
Clearing thoughts.
And feeling.
Pleasant.
Touch of water.
Allowing your nervous system to relax.
To invite that in as well.
You.
Deserve.
Feel the most deepest pleasure.
In this water.
Is also a reminder.
Of that as well.
And as you continue to breathe.
Tuning into your heart.
Making space.
For your beautiful heart.
With each breath.
Age.
Undulation.
Expanding.
The space for your heart to feel all of it.
Maybe an emotion wants to.
Release inside of this water.
And that's okay.
The water.
Can receive.
The water can ease.
Restrictions around the emotion.
To allow you to feel.
More at peace.
More aware.
Of the spectrum.
That is your own light.
Just breathe.
In the water.
We'll do the rest.
Letting go.
Letting go.
For this moment.
You have nothing to hold.
For this moment.
Water.
Holds you.
Trust that.
Allow yourself to relax.
To be held.
In your wholeness.
Letting go.
Letting go.
You have nothing to hold.
You are simply being hell.
And as you take these last few breaths,
Just bringing your awareness.
To your mind's eye.
Attuning your intention.
To take this presence with you.
Outside this bath.
The stillness.
This watery wisdom.
Still flowing through you.
Allow it to be there.
Taking a deep breath in.
And exhaling.
Thanking your body.
Thank you.
The wisdom that brought you here.
And as you Gently wind down.
Know that this is your time.
And you can continue to bathe in this stillness.
Or perhaps you can empty the water.
Wherever you're at,
Know that as the water releases from this bath,
That it is taking with it.
All that you released.
With it.
Thank you for.
.
.
Showing up for yourself.
You can come back to this space anytime you'd like.
And build on this presence.
Have a beautiful day.
