Welcome dear one,
I'm so glad you're here today.
In this episode.
We're exploring something many people were never taught.
How to recognize the body's yes.
And the body's known.
Many of us learn to make decisions entirely from the mind.
We think through pros and cons.
We analyze.
We problem solve.
And while those skills are very valuable,
The body is also constantly providing information.
The body often notices things before the mind catches up.
You may have experienced this before.
Walking into a room and immediately feeling at ease.
Meeting someone and feeling comfortable.
Perhaps feeling tension or hesitation before you can explain why.
The body is constantly gathering information.
And sometimes those signals can help us understand ourselves more clearly A body yes often feels like openness,
Curiosity,
Ease,
Expansion,
Relief,
Or a sense of moving towards something.
A body no may feel like tightness,
Heaviness,
Constriction,
Holding your breath,
Pulling away,
Or a sense of resistance It is important to remember that these signals are not always black and white.
A body no doesn't always mean to stop,
And a body yes doesn't always mean to proceed.
Sometimes growth feels uncomfortable.
Sometimes fear appears when something is right for us.
This is why learning the body's language takes practice.
We're not looking for certainty.
We're building awareness.
Many people have spent years overriding their body signals,
Saying yes when they wanted to say no,
Ignoring exhaustion,
Ignoring discomfort.
Ignoring needs often because they had to.
Because it helped them cope.
And there is so much compassion for that.
While somatic awareness invites us to begin listening again.
Slowly.
Gently.
Without pressure.
Before we close,
Think of a simple decision in your life right now.
Nothing too overwhelming,
Just something small.
As you think about it.
Notice your body.
Notice your breath Notice your shoulders your chest,
Your belly And simply ask yourself,
If it feels good,
What am I noticing?
No need to force an answer.
Lose becoming curious.
Because every moment of listening helps strengthen trust in yourself.
Thank you for being here today,
Dear one,
And know that you're always welcome to soften,
To settle,
And to listen and work.
You
