Hello and welcome.

Today,

I would like to speak with you about something very simple.

And yet,

Deeply transformative.

Small daily rituals.

When we think about change or growth or spiritual practice,

We often imagine something big.

A long meditation,

A complete life transformation.

A moment of clarity that changes everything at once.

But in reality,

Most meaningful change happens in a much quieter way.

It happens through small,

Consistent moments.

Through the simple things we do.

Every day.

Every trunk does not have to be elaborate.

It does not need to be long or complicated.

A ritual is simply an action that is done with presence and intention.

Something that brings you back to yourself.

Something that creates a moment of connection in the middle of your day.

It could be as simple as,

For example,

Taking a few conscious breaths in the morning.

Drink in a cup of tea slowly.

Without distraction.

Lighting a candle at the end of the day Stepping outside and feeling the air on your skin.

These moments may seem small,

I know.

But they carry a certain quality.

They interrupt the harmonic flow of the day.

They invite awareness.

And over time.

They begin to shift how we experience our lives.

In a fast and often busy world,

It is easy to move through the day without really being present.

We wake up,

We check our phones,

We move from task to task.

And before we know it,

The day has passed.

It is done.

It is over.

Pressures create bosses in that movement.

They bring us back into the body.

Back into the breath.

Back into the present moment.

And this is where their power lies.

Not in the action itself,

But in the awareness it creates.

Small daily rituals also help to build a sense of inner stability,

You know,

Like life I know,

Can feel unpredictable at times,

At many times.

Things change.

So,

Constance is shift.

Motions come and go.

But a simple daily ritual.

Something you return to each day.

Becomes an anchor.

A place of familiarity.

A moment of grounding.

Even something as small as sitting quietly for two minutes in the morning.

Can begin to create this sense of steadiness.

There is also something meaningful about repetition.

When we return to the same simple practice each day.

We begin to deepen our relationship with it.

Yes.

It becomes less about doing.

I'm more about being.

Over time These small moments accumulate.

They gently reshape our attention.

They help us become more present,

More aware,

More connected.

Not through force,

But through consistency.

This is something we can also observe in nature,

For example.

Growth does not happen all at once.

It happens slowly.

Over time.

A plant grows through daily nourishment.

Through sunlight,

Water,

Care,

Right?

So in the same way,

Our inner life is changed.

By what we give our attention to each day.

Small resources are like that nourishment.

They may seem subtle.

But they support something much deeper.

There's no need to do many things,

Honestly.

Don't get overwhelmed and trying to do a lot.

It is not necessary.

It is often better to begin with just once.

Try it out,

You know,

Just once.

Just simple.

One is more reassured that fear is natural to you.

One moment in your day where you choose to be present,

You know,

With intention.

It could be in the morning.

Before the day begins,

That is great.

Amazing way to start your day.

Or it could be in the evening also as a way of closing the day with awareness and just releasing and disconnecting of everything that.

What happened during the day,

Basically.

What matters,

What truly matters is not how long it lasts.

But how present you are within it.

If you feel overwhelmed by the idea of creating a routine,

Let it be simple.

You know,

Let it be gentle.

Let it be something you look forward to,

That you're excited about it,

Not something that feels like.

.

.

Another task in my day.

Because results are not meant to add pressure to your life.

You already have enough.

They are meant to create space.

A space where you can return to yourself.

A space where you can breathe,

Notice,

And reconnect.

And over time,

You may begin to notice something subtle.

That these small moments are not separate from your life.

They begin to influence the rest of your day.

You carry a little more presence you know a little more calm a little more awareness not because you try to change everything.

But because you honored something small.

So today.

.

.

The invitation is very simple.

I told you since the beginning,

Right?

Choose one small ritual.

Something gentle,

Something realistic for you at this moment.

It is okay,

Whatever it is that feels aligned,

That feels right for you and possible to maintain,

You know?

And allow it to become a moment of presence in your day.

Not to achieve anything.

Not to become someone else.

But simply to return.

Again and again.

Yourself.

Thank you.

Thank you for listening and watching and for working on your daily rituals.
