Hello and welcome.
Have you ever started a day feeling pulled in many different directions?
Positive intentions.
Can help bring clarity and focus.
An intention is different from a goal.
Very different.
A goal is usually about achieving a specific result.
An intention is about how you want to show up.
While moving through your day and your life.
For example.
Instead of setting a goal to complete a project.
You might set an intention to approach your work.
With patience.
Confidence,
Or creativity.
Intentions help guide our choices and remind us of the qualities we want to cultivate.
A simple intention may be.
I choose kindness.
Or today.
I will remain present and calm.
We begin the day with an intention.
We create a gentle compass.
That can guide us back.
Whenever we become distracted or overwhelmed.
Intentions,
Like many of these meaningful practices that we can do in our path.
Don't require profession.
They simply provide.
Erection.
Many people set intentions during meditation,
Journaling,
Prayer.
Or as part of a morning ritual.
Over time.
These small moments of conscious choice.
Can shape habits,
Relationships,
And even the way we experience ourselves.
Positive intention.
Remind us that every day is a new day.
Offers an opportunity to live more deliberately and align our actions.
Our values.
And just for that,
