This session explores the quiet pause between stimulus and response. Often, answers come before listening has fully happened. Here, you are invited to slow down and notice what is present in the body before reacting. From this space, responses feel clearer and more aligned. Best When • You react quickly and regret it later • Conversations feel tense or rushed • You want to respond instead of react Best For • Emotional regulation • Communication clarity • Impulse awareness • Nervous system settling Techniques Used • Pause-based awareness • Somatic listening • Reflective silence • Non-reactive attention Voice Credit Camila Zen

Before you answer,

Pause,

Not to decide,

But to listen.

Notice what your body does before the word comes out,

The tightening,

The leaning forward,

The breath that rushes,

To please.

Sometimes the body answers long before the mouth does.

This is not about being cold,

It is not about saying no more often,

It is about saying yes only when your body agrees,

When your chest stays soft,

When your breath stays whole,

When nothing inside you pulls away.

You do not need to explain your pause,

You do not need to rush your answer,

Listening is already an act of honesty.

Let the body finish speaking before the mind responds.
