Put your headset on,

Put your feet up and relax.

Ensure that you are not disturbed for the next 20 minutes because your earliest ancestors have a message for you,

A reminder.

They'd like you to take a journey to limitlessness and remember who you really are and where you come from.

Are you ready to go?

I've sent a car to pick you up.

It's a beautiful white limousine that's pulled up just out the front of your place and a chauffeur opens their door and hops out and walks around to the back,

Waving the chauffeur's hat and yells over here,

Over here.

You think to yourself,

Wow,

Didn't know anyone was coming to pick me up,

Especially in a limousine.

Anyway,

You go on out to the front of your place and she opens the back door and winks at you and says come with me,

We're going on a special journey,

That's a treat just for you.

And she winks again and says and the little girl within.

You think to yourself,

Oh,

I do too have a little girl within.

That's right,

She didn't die,

She didn't go anywhere.

In fact,

She's right in that mirror I sometimes glimpse her in the black pupils of my own eyes.

Anyway,

You're in the back seat and as you buckle up she closes the door and runs ever so cheerily around to the front door.

She opens the front driver's door and she hops on in and suddenly she's driving down the road and she's just making small talk and she's got everything handled and she says,

Don't worry,

You'll be told what to do when you get there,

Just enjoy the ride,

She says.

And as you look out the window you see,

You look up and you see clouds passing on by.

It's not raining but it's not sunny either.

Anyway,

She drives and she drives and she drives and she takes you.

Suddenly you notice you're at the back of an airport and she pulls up outside this big,

Big giant shed and she says,

Go on in,

You'll be taken care of and I'm gonna wait right here and listen to my favourite songs for when you get back.

Anyway,

You go on inside,

You walk around this shed until you see the big open side and inside is a little two-seated aeroplane with no wings.

However,

You know it flies,

You just know it does.

It looks like it's been around the block or two.

Anyway,

This lovely woman in a beautiful pilot,

Crispy white suit comes on up and she waves her captain's hat and she says,

Come on up,

As she beckons and puts her arm out in front of her to show you the stairway up.

Go on in,

She said,

I'll be there in a moment.

She follows you up,

Pulls up the steps.

She says,

Buckle up as you get,

As you realise there's only two seats.

You think to yourself,

Goodness me,

This is fairly small.

Hope it makes it up there and it's safe.

And as if by reading your mind,

She says,

Put your seatbelt on,

Love.

She says,

I'm taking you for a journey and your little inner girl is going to go and learn what she has to to be able to sparkle brightly and be all that she can be.

And you think to yourself,

Oh goodness,

Life's real.

If only you knew.

And she turns around and she smiles at you and she says,

If only you knew.

And you think,

Oh,

Okay.

Anyway,

The captain gets in the cockpit there,

Just right in front of you,

Buckles up and starts this beautiful soft purring engine.

And you're all inside like a,

Like a very small plane,

But with no wings and all enclosed in.

And you're beautiful and safe in there.

Anyway,

She says,

Let's go.

And before you even know what's happened,

She says,

Don't worry,

This is an invincible,

Very special magic vehicle.

Anyway,

Next thing,

She's just like a bee and she's buzzing across above the ground.

You look down,

You think,

Wow,

We don't even need to take off.

And as you look around,

You notice all sorts of planes and busyness all around you there in this airport as you're just gliding above.

Not gliding,

But noiselessly elevating.

And it's as if nobody sees it.

You think,

Oh my gosh.

And the captain says,

That's right.

They don't know where we're going.

They're just too busy to take the time or to even ask to be shown.

She says,

But you did,

Somewhere,

Somehow,

You wanted to know what was possible and if limitlessness was a way you could ever be.

Anyway,

You're just flying through the clouds and it's quite quiet.

And all around you see just the sky dissolving and suddenly it starts to turn evening.

And within seconds it's like you've broken through to the night and you're amongst the stars.

And she says,

Yes,

Right here we've always been.

And she says,

See all of the sparkle and as far as your eye can see are these lights amongst this beautiful darkness because it's not looming,

It's not dark as in close.

It's only dark when you look in the distance,

Close.

All you can see is inside the cockpit and these beautiful sparkles out there that if not for the dark they could not be seen.

So against the beautiful black drop are just sparkles in all directions.

And she says,

Are you ready to learn about reality in a different way than you've come to know it?

Actually,

For a moment you can't remember your woes.

You just see beauty within the light of each sparkle.

And she says,

That's right.

Look into the light of each star as you skip across all the stars and as you're glancing through the window and your inner little girl is enjoying the beauty of sparkling lights everywhere.

It's like you're in the middle of a beautiful set of fairy lights and you're just in the middle of it and you're elevated.

And what's interesting is when you lean to look through the window you see,

Oh my gosh,

The stars beneath as well.

She says,

Darling they are all around and she says,

Let's go faster and next thing you're just speeding like the speed of light and as far and fast as she goes she says,

I want you to notice is space beautiful space?

The darkness isn't dark.

After all it's just space.

Actually,

The further she goes the more you notice.

Stars might be more condensed in places.

Maybe you're actually gliding by entire constellations.

However,

Although there doesn't seem to be order,

She says to you,

Notice every star is sparkling.

You haven't judged them.

You haven't noticed the difference.

You haven't just liked the big ones.

You've actually really noticed there's just many and they're not close enough together that we cannot glide on by and not even go close to touching them.

So if a star is bigger and it wants to take up more room,

It can.

It just can.

And she says,

I want you to notice the endlessness of each star's sparkle and you think to yourself,

Well that's a bit silly like I don't know how far it goes and she just has a light laugh and she says that's right because it's none of your business.

You don't have to know what any other star is doing or how they are being a star.

You were born one,

She says.

She turns around and she's looking directly at you and she says,

You need to remember you haven't changed.

You're still a star.

You're still allowed to take up all the space you want.

You can be as loud as you like.

It's your space as much as it is any other star's space.

You can move yourself to take up more room if you want.

You can.

But even if other stars say,

Come and be like me,

You wouldn't want to because your space,

Your area that you've exploded into and birthed into is yours.

You don't need to be shown a better way to be.

A star knows how to be when it stops trying to be anything else or any other star for that matter.

Or even being envious of bigger ones In fact,

Have you noticed?

She says,

Once you've grown up,

It's never changed the fact that you're a star.

And while you can be worried about all the things around you and everything,

You're still here.

You're still the same light.

And you can diminish it.

You can try and make it smaller.

You can try and conform it into space.

But look,

It's limitless.

There's no shape for your light to fit into.

Darling,

She says,

Darling,

You own all the space that you choose to claim.

And you can express your light any way you want.

No other star has a right,

Not even a planet,

Has a right to take up your space.

And to concern yourself with being small is to diminish not just your light,

But the fact that you exist for however many years a star exists for.

So why wouldn't you make the most of that?

And she just is expressing her passion for you and your little girl is feeling as if she's growing up.

As if she's realizing it's okay to be big.

It's okay.

I won't get in trouble unless I allow it.

And if,

And she says that's right,

If any other star,

Planet,

Moon,

Sun,

Anything doesn't like it,

They need to worry about their own existence,

Their own time that they get to be.

They have no right to diminish yours.

Your light,

Your presence,

The space you take up,

The glow is yours.

That's it.

And she says,

Guess what?

Guess what?

Down on that planet,

Way down there,

There are beings that are guided by the constellations of the stars.

You need to just be only you.

If you try to break free into another area,

You will move that which might be meant to be a guiding light for a being that needs to be guided,

That seeks only the light that you can emanate.

Only the light that you shine and only sparkling in the way that you sparkle.

You're not useless.

You are definitely meant to be as much as any other star,

Any planet,

Any moon,

Any sun.

And she says,

Let's go.

And she journeys through and she zips forward and she zips to the left and she zips to the right and she zips backwards,

She zips upwards and down and she can even zip past the planet into mortal space.

It's endless.

And she says,

Do you see?

There is potential you don't have to know exists.

But darling,

The universe is your oyster.

It's your playground.

You go and you take up as much space as you need to take.

It's okay to grow.

It's okay to expand.

It's okay to spread your sparkle and send it out as far as you want to send it.

And it will be appreciated and maybe someone's guiding light that needs you to sparkle.

And your little girl is starting to stir and remember the innocence of freedom.

Yeah.

And she says,

Are you enjoying your journey?

The ride today?

And you feel so appreciative that she bothered at all to enter your world today and bring you up here.

You feel so blessed to have glimpsed limitlessness.

A way to exist where you don't care because you're too busy expressing and shining and just being where you're meant to be amongst the stars.

She says,

All right,

Do you get it?

And you say to yourself,

Oh my gosh,

Out loud,

I think I'm starting to.

She says,

That's right.

Well,

I can come and collect you any day.

All right.

And before long she's pulling up inside the shed and suddenly it touches ground ever so gently like a feather on the ground.

And you think,

Wow,

That was quick.

And suddenly you're back to the same moment in time when you boarded.

And before long she's opened the door.

She's ushered you down the stairs.

She's followed you.

The next thing bouncing around the corner of the shed is this cheery chauffeur and waving her chauffeur sign.

She goes,

I'm still here.

She smiles and looks at you and you,

You feel light and you've had,

You feel a sense of potential freedom.

And she says,

Come on,

Ready to take you home.

And she bounces on around the corner again and you follow her and she's ever so cheerily,

She's kind of almost skipping in lightness.

As she opens the back door,

She says,

Hop on in,

Buckle up.

She runs around to the front driver's door,

Opens it,

Gets on in.

She starts driving and you think,

Oh my gosh,

Did that even happen?

That was a bit woo-woo.

Gee,

It's a bit weird.

Eyes deep in the pit of your pupils and she says,

Darling,

I'm always here to take you to limitlessness back home where you belong amongst the stars.

You just have to claim it.

You just have to make it your own and know you fit in as much as any star fits in the sky.

There's all the room for growth.

You can grow anything you want.

You can just go and claim it and spread out and spread your light to claim whatever it is you want to spread your light out upon.

And know that should you choose to light your fullest self-expressed light self,

That there will always be,

Always be a match for those that seek to bathe in your unique light,

Not anyone else's,

Not any other star's.

You're important,

You matter and I'll be back anytime you want.

And almost at the click of your fingers,

She's just gone and you're standing there beside the road and you think,

What just happened?

I can't remember,

Was I taking the bin out?

I don't know.

But anyway,

That's okay.

You walk back on inside and suddenly you float down inside your body and you realise it's a real day and suddenly you're back wherever you were seated when you started to listen to my voice on this recording of some crazy lady who's just a bit woo-woo and has just taken you out of your reality for just a wee moment and hopefully to glimpse limitlessness as a possibility for a way that you can exist in reality,

In the real reality.
