Find a comfortable position.

Gently close your eyes and inhale deeply,

Exhaling softly and arriving in this present moment.

Allow the events of your day to dissolve like sand washing back into the ocean.

Imagine yourself lying beneath the night sky,

Infinite stars above you.

Each star reflects your soul's vastness.

Connecting with your breath,

Allowing your breath to create spaciousness,

Allowing your breath to be the anchor to the zero point field,

Your inner stillness.

Allow your awareness to drift upwards,

Beyond your body,

Beyond your mind,

Into the quantum field.

Here,

There is no past,

No future,

Only the infinite now.

Allow your breath to guide you into this beautiful cosmic embrace.

Breathing into your inner knowing,

Your inner feeling,

Your inner seeing.

Bring your awareness now to your heart space.

Feel its magnetic field and feel its magnetic field,

Its energy field merging with the quantum field.

Who am I beyond this day?

Beyond this body?

Beyond this lifetime?

Trust whatever impressions come,

Colors,

Feelings,

Images,

All is wisdom.

Now bring this expanded awareness back into your body.

Seeing every cell glow with the remembrance of your infinite nature and nurturing your heart,

Your soul,

Your emotions.

Continue to let your breath guide you,

Finding these moments of inner stillness within the movement.

Take three deep,

Rounding breaths,

Allowing yourself to rest within the stillness of your soul and if you choose,

Drift gently into sleep.
