See a warm orange light flowing gently.
I allow myself to heal.
I embrace my emotions.
Bring your awareness to your upper abdomen,
Your solar plexus chakra.
Imagine a bright yellow light shining like the sun.
And repeat,
I trust myself,
I am confident in who I am.
Now move to your heart centre,
Your heart chakra,
Anahata.
A soft green light expanding with every breath.
I give and receive love freely.
Now gently bring your awareness to your throat,
Your throat chakra.
A calm blue light,
Clear and open.
I express my truth with ease.
Now focus on the space between your eyebrows,
Your third eye chakra.
A deep indigo light,
Aware,
Calm.
I trust my intuition.
Finally bring your awareness to the top of your head,
Your crown chakra.
A soft violet or white light expanding upward.
I am connected.
I am one with the universe.
Now imagine all these lights aligned,
Balanced,
Flowing freely from the base of your spine to the crown of your head.
Feel this gentle energy moving through you,
Harmonizing,
Restoring,
Uplifting.
And gently bring awareness back to your body.
