Good morning and welcome to this moment of awakening and renewal.

By taking this time to connect with your body and mind you're inviting fresh energy and vitality into your day.

Together we'll activate your senses,

Awaken your inner strength and prepare you to move through the day with energy and with purpose.

Let's get started by finding a comfortable position.

Sit tall with your feet flat on the ground or lie down if that feels better or go for the classic cross-legged on a cushion setup.

Whichever way you find to be most comfortable for you.

Just get yourself comfortable now and then when you're ready to do so just closing your eyes down softly and take in a nice deep breath in through the nose letting the air fill your chest and your belly expanding as much as you can and then just holding at the top for a moment feeling the energy build and then exhale sharply out through the mouth releasing all the air.

Now we're gonna repeat this two more times.

Inhale deeply then hold for a bit at the top and exhale sharply.

Feel your body waking up with each of these big breaths and one last time another big deep inhale right down into the belly feel like you're full to bursting with air holding at the top for a few seconds and then exhaling sharply.

Awesome now we'll shift to a quick energizing breath.

Take short rhythmic inhales through your nose,

Four quick breaths in and then exhale fully out through your mouth.

Let's try this together.

Inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale and then a big exhale.

Now repeat this cycle three more times at your own pace.

Notice how this breath awakens your energy and sharpens your focus.

Four quick inhales and then one exhale.

Just go through three cycles of that.

Amazing.

Should we start to feel some of that energizing quality that kind of breathing can have?

For now just let your breath settle back now into its natural breathing pattern,

Finding its natural rhythm and feel the subtle energy coursing through you like a gentle current waking each part of your body.

Let's bring our awareness to the body now,

Connecting with each part and inviting it to fully wake up.

Start by bringing your attention to your feet.

Give your toes a little wiggle,

Feeling the connection to the ground beneath you.

Imagine energy flowing up through your feet,

Warming and awakening them.

Next bring your focus to the legs.

Feel their strength,

The energy building as you imagine yourself standing tall ready to move forward with purpose.

Feel also that same sense of warmth as you sense the energy in your legs.

Next move our attention to the hips and the lower back.

Notice any sensations that could be present here,

Inviting ease and vitality into this area.

You're energizing this area with the very act of your attention.

Next move your focus up further into your abdomen and chest.

Feel the rise and fall of your breath,

Energizing your core and expanding your heart.

Next bring your awareness to your arms and your hands.

Wiggle your fingers gently,

Imagining a warm invigorating energy flowing through them,

Ready to create,

Ready to act,

To move.

Next we're going to bring our focus up to the neck,

The shoulders and the head.

Give your shoulders a gentle roll if you feel like it,

Releasing any lingering tension.

Feel a sense of clarity and lightness filling your mind,

Awakening your thoughts and intentions.

See if you can really detect a sense of energy inside your head.

Now just briefly scan down the other direction,

Feeling right from the top of the head,

Just flowing through your body quickly,

Feeling a sense of kind of vibrant aliveness now that you've given attention to each part of your body.

Now we've hopefully woken up the body for the day,

Let's move into some affirmations to affirm our energy and vitality with just a few uplifting statements.

Repeat these silently or aloud,

Letting them infuse you with power and motivation.

I am full of energy and ready for the day ahead.

My body is alive,

Strong and vibrant.

I welcome today's opportunities with enthusiasm and focus.

Energy flows freely through me,

Supporting all that I do.

Take a moment to feel the truth of these words in your body,

As though they are activating every cell with vitality and strength.

Awesome,

Now take a moment to visualize your day ahead.

See yourself moving through it with energy,

Focus and purpose.

Picture yourself meeting each moment with enthusiasm,

Whether it's a task,

A conversation or some other simple joy.

See if you can imagine how it feels to complete your day reflecting on all you've accomplished with a sense of pride and satisfaction.

Hold this vision in your mind,

Letting it guide your energy and actions.

If you can really lock in this vision,

You can make it become reality.

And then when you're ready,

Start to bring your awareness back into your present surroundings,

Taking just one final deep breath in here,

Holding just for a second at the top and a nice long slow exhale.

When you feel ready to do so,

Gently open your eyes,

Wiggle your fingers and toes and begin to return to your surroundings.

As you go about your day,

Carry this energy and vitality with you.

Remember this aliveness is always within you,

Ready to be activated whenever you need it.

Remember to thank yourself for taking this time to energize your body and your mind.

You are ready to move through the day with strength,

Clarity and enthusiasm.

So go forward with confidence knowing you have the energy to embrace all that this day has to offer.
