What would it feel like to celebrate your life?

To walk in the new script you're writing for yourself,

Releasing the imprints of shame and trauma bit by bit.

To offer yourself praise,

Well done for being.

To be grounded in the body,

In the earth.

To smile wide with teeth,

For tears to flow full in sadness or in awe.

To be boundaried with your energy,

So love can be nourished and maintained.

For your choices to be considerate,

Aligned and courageous.

To look after yourself in the ways you've always longed for.

To befriend fear,

Knowing that nervousness and excitement are two sides of the same coin.

To be soft.

Paying no mind to projections or assumptions,

You know,

You know,

You know who you are.

To love on your community,

Ensuring you still have enough of yourself for you.

To create space for a togetherness that's able to be with what is.

What would it feel like to celebrate your life?

To listen to those inner callings.

To clean the lessons of each failure.

To enjoy the fruit.

To go at your own pace,

And baby,

Your pace is perfect.

To know that you are resourced.

To be in harmonious dialogue with yourself.

To embody that delicate balance between openness and preservation.

To make choices that consider the extension of all life here on earth.

To speak words beautifully,

Intentionally,

With clarity.

To bear witness to the beauty in all.

What would it feel like to celebrate your life?

To compassionately bring your mind back to centre when it drifts into false narrative and fantasy.

To allow grief to flow through you.

To feel like you among others.

To be wild.

To forgive yourself.

To feel comfortable asking for what you need,

Not afraid to be specific.

To shake waist and hips freely so you don't hold too much.

To attune your environment to your sensory pleasure.

To watch the sunset.

To walk in gratitude.

To allow people to show you who they are through their energy and their actions.

Recalling that there isn't any separation.

Calling yourself home.

To be brave enough to move forward.

Holding yourself through hardship.

Loving on yourself through hardship.

Loving yourself.

To dip a toe in something new from time to time.

Check if the temperature's right.

Breathe,

Adjust,

Submerge if you want to.

What would it feel like to celebrate your life?

To be in flow.

Keeping the waters clear.

To be alive,

Mindful of what you're consuming physically,

Digitally,

Socially and energetically.

To seek pleasure in discipline as it paves the way to greater enjoyment down the line.

To move through the world like there's sunshine inside you.

Ensuring the space within isn't occupied with too much worry or doubt.

To let things go.

To detach.

To feel ease in your body.

It doesn't have to be everywhere all the time.

But trust in the knowledge that somewhere there will be ease.

Even if it's just in the elbow.

To drink sunlight liberally,

Responsibly.

To embrace the elements.

To clear the path ahead by releasing the old.

To say yes.

Why not say yes,

Babe?

To know that you are held.

To know that your life is sacred.

To allow yourself to be.

That's all.

Just exist,

My love.

I'm so proud of you.

Enjoy the ride.
