Extending down from your navel.
See,
Sense or feel.
At moving down through your root chakra.
Deep into the earth below.
Through the soil,
Through the layers of rock and crystal.
Until it reaches the rich,
Ruby,
Crystalline core.
Of Sacred Mother Earth.
Allow your cord to connect.
And feel yourself becoming anchored.
Grounded and supported.
Now from deep within the earth.
A beautiful golden liquid light.
Begins to rise.
Flowing out.
Through the soles of your feet.
Up through your legs.
Through your entire body.
Until it reaches the crown of your head.
And from your crown.
This golden light continues upwards.
Beyond the youth.
Beyond the stars.
Until it connects with the Great Central Sun.
As this connection is made,
Allow yourself to become a bridge between heaven and earth.
Grounded below.
Connected Above.
And balanced within.
We invite into the space all beings of 100% Truth.
Integrity,
Divine love,
And divine light.
Who are here to guide and support this journey.
We call upon Archangel Michael and the Diamond White Fire.
Clearing and protecting the space and surrounding you in the highest frequencies of divine light.
And we call upon Saint Germain and the platinum violet flame of transmutation.
Allow the sacred flame to move through your body.
And your energetic field.
Clearing and transmuting all dense,
Heavy,
Stagnant,
Or discordant energy that no longer serves you.
All energy that is not yours.
Any attachments.
Any cords.
All expectations.
Any limitations.
Or fears and beliefs that have disconnected you from your own inner truth.
And your own inner power.
And allow these all to be released.
Cleared.
Transmuted.
And returned to pure Source Energy.
Reactivate grounding.
We activate protection.

And as the power recall activates,
Become aware of any subtle shifts in your energy around you.

You're standing beside the beautiful river.
This is not just any river.
This is the phenomenal Nile River.
The air is warm.
The water flows gently beside you.
And the golden sunlight dances across its surface.
As you look ahead,
You notice a magnificent sycamore tree standing at the water's edge.
It is huge.
It is established.
It has wisdom.
Its roots reach deep into the earth,
While its branches reach high towards the heavens.
Ancient.
Wise and timeless.
You feel really drawn to it.
Naturally.
And as you begin to walk towards the tree,
Allow yourself.
To take in the sacred landscape in whichever way it chooses to reveal itself to you.
And now you arrive beneath the branches of this beautiful sycamore tree.
You become so aware.
Of its loving presence.
And Hethor is here with you.
There is nothing you need to see.
Nothing you need to make happen.
Simply allow yourself to experience her presence in whatever way feels natural to you.
As the golden light of Hathor approaches you.
She gently places her hand upon your shoulders.
And her beautiful golden light.
Begins to flow through your entire being.
Illuminating your body.
And every layer of your energetic field.
And within this light.
You are invited to remember.
Not who the world has told you to be.
But who you are beneath the stories.
Beneath the expectations.
And beneath the roles you have carried.
The part of you that knows.
Part of you that trusts.
And the part of you that no longer needs permission.
To be who you truly are.
And as you stand beneath this sacred sycamore tree.
Hathor raises her hand.
In a beautiful golden light.
Begins to flow from the branches above.
Illuminating every layer of your energetic field.
This is not a light of judgment.
It is a light of truth.
A light of awareness.
A light of remembrance.
And as this light moves through you,
Allow it to reveal anything that is ready to leave your field.
Any expectations.
Any limitations.
Any fears.
Beliefs,
Attachments.
Courts.
Any energetic influences or distortions.
That have distracted you from your own inner truth.
Or caused you to give your power away.
This stops right now.
You do not need to identify them.
And you do not need to understand them.
And now we allow everything.
That has been brought into our awareness.
We set the intention.
To let it.
Begin to dissolve.
Giving it permission to release from your field.
Permission to return to the light.
Transmuting this into wisdom.
Transmuting into understanding.
And ultimately transmuting into love.

Begins to glow more brightly.
And you witness hundreds of tiny golden lights illuminating its branches.
Each one holding an aspect of you that is ready to return.
Nothing has been lost.
Your soul is whole.
These aspects of yourself have simply been waiting for the right moment to return.
Notice one golden light beginning to glow more brightly than the others.
You do not need to know what it holds.
And you do not need to understand it with your mind.
Simply allow yourself to receive.
Watch as its golden light gently leaves the tree and begins to move towards you.
As it reaches you,
Allow it to enter your heart space.
Breathe in.
And receive.
Feel this magical energy.
What is returning to you?
What are you ready to remember?
As these returning aspects settle and integrate within.
Hathor gently places one hand upon the sacred sycamore tree.
The tree begins to illuminate with this radiant golden light.
These are the Hathor Lightcoats.
Frequencies of remembrance.
And restoration flowing through every branch,
Every leaf.
And every root.
And now into you.
Allow these frequencies to move through your entire being.
Activating what is ready to awaken.
Restoring what is ready to return and illuminating what is ready to be remembered.
Being awareness.
As you may see colours.

Images,
Or light.
You may feel sensations moving through your body.
Or you may just simply feel an overwhelming sense of calm.
There's nothing you need to do.
You are here simply just to receive.
Allow this golden light to move wherever it is needed.
And now bring both hands gently to your heart.
As you feel the light within you.
New energy.
Your new essence.
Your ultimate truth.
And your new sense of power.
Not power over another.
Nor power through force.
The quiet,
Unwavering power.
That comes from knowing who you are.
The power to trust yourself.
The power to honour your own truth.
And the power to choose that you carry forward with what you have left behind.
And this brings us to the last clearing of this meditation.
So silently or aloud.
Repeat after me.
I call all of my energy home.
I honour all that I have experienced.
I release all that no longer belongs to me.
I've reclaimed my gifts.
I reclaim my wisdom.
I reclaim my truth.
I reclaim my light.
I reclaim my power.
I trust myself.
And I remember who I am.
Allow these words to simply settle and integrate.
Deeply within your own inner knowing.
And as we bring this journey to a close.
Take a moment to acknowledge all that has shifted.
All that has returned.
And all that you have remembered.
We give thanks to Hathor for her loving presence,
