Welcome to this guided meditation which will take you on a journey into the depths of our sacred Mother Earth,

Lady Gaia,

As we embody the Earth element,

Allowing us to cleanse and clear our energy field,

Let go as we receive the ancient Earth Codes and connect with the Lemurian Unicorns for their healing rainbow rays of love and guidance and embody the 5D frequency of Mount Shasta.

I now ask for your permission,

As I connect with your energy,

Please say yes if you are ready to do so.

I now invite you to begin to relax,

Just taking a moment to start focusing on your breath,

As you feel the breath come in and out of your belly,

Breathing out of your mouth and really pushing out any negative energy you may be holding on to.

Now imagine you are drawing up energy from the bottoms of your feet,

Connecting with our sacred Mother Earth,

We draw up this energy,

Up through our legs,

Our knees,

Up to our hips,

Drawing it up through our belly,

Our chest,

Up to our throat,

To our third eye and finally until it reaches our crown chakra at the top of our head.

Just keep drawing this energy up as you start to feel really relaxed and supported.

Imagine this energy as it reaches the top of your head,

Cascading over your entire being like a waterfall,

As it's washing away anything not required for your highest good.

Imagine a golden sphere of light coming down through Divine Consciousness,

Representing Universal Light,

As it connects to the space below your feet and Mother Earth.

As it then moves up,

Around to your back,

Making its way out to the left side body and then the right side body,

Until it connects back to your front body.

Feel this golden sphere of light drop into your heart space.

We now anchor in this energy of Mother Earth as she grounds our energy for this meditation.

Feeling supported,

Secure and loved.

We send her beautiful healing green light and express our deep gratitude for all that she does.

We now start to connect with the frequency and vibration of ancient Lemuria.

It feels very familiar.

We call forth the diamond white light and feel this flow through our entire being as it cleanses,

Clears any lower vibrational energy and infuses our body with protection.

The diamond white light surrounds you in magic and miracles now as we connect to your star chakra system.

This beautiful light flows through your star,

Your crown and your third eye as we connect through all source consciousness for crystal clear communication.

We give permission for our divine guides of 100% pure love light and divine energy to support us and guide us onto our best and highest path for the good of ourselves and for the good of the Earth and to assist us with this Earth code activation.

We activate grounding,

We ask them to clear us as we open to receive the blessings and miracles and activate this heart healing.

See this Archangel coming down through space,

Through the sky and bringing the Cosmic Christ consciousness grit through the Salsa Chakra located above your head as it encodes your frequency with regeneration energy.

Sense or feel you are walking along a rocky pathway at the bottom of Mount Shasta.

It's dry and hot and there are a lot of trees.

You follow your feet as there is no clear path ahead.

The landscape that surrounds you is wild in nature.

There is a real curiosity to this mountain.

As you are walking along,

Up ahead,

You see what looks like the most beautiful and stunning white horses.

They have flowing long grey manes and these beautiful rainbow tails.

They sparkle and shine with this high vibrational light of love and purity.

As you get closer,

They notice you and start to make their way towards you.

They are magnificent and of course these are the Lemurian Unicorns.

As they join you,

There may be 3,

6 or 9 Unicorns that come forth to assist you today.

The Lemurian Unicorns of magic and miracles surround us 3 times as we connect to their high vibrational energy.

They hold the energy of divine love and are here to offer you the heart healing activation.

The Lemurian Unicorns wish to heal your heart,

You place your hands around his neck and share a beautiful big hug.

He feels silky and velvet to touch.

You can feel his heartbeat and his strength.

You are connected with this amazing magical being.

You thank all the other Unicorns and now are led by Saffron as he takes you down a path on the left.

It looks like you are heading towards a cave.

This is one of the many hidden caves at Mt Chester.

It feels cool in temperature and is a welcome change from the heat outside.

As we begin our journey into this cave,

We enter the womb of Mother Earth.

As you look down,

There is a spiky animal.

It is a porcupine and she has come to you today to share her animal medicine.

The power of faith and trust.

The power of faith contains within it the ability to move mountains.

The power of trust in life involves trusting that the Great Spirit has a divine plan.

Today you are encouraged to conquer your personal limitations.

She offers this medicine to you and you accept with gratitude and thank her for this wonderful gift.

As you are in this cave,

It's quite eerie and you can tell it holds a lot of secrets.

Imagine this cave is filled with crystals of your choosing.

Perhaps it started with purple amethyst or soft rose quartz.

Maybe it's filled with clear crystals.

Whatever you imagine is right for your healing at this moment.

These are the ancient earth codes.

We take a moment as you receive these codes and we soak in the healing energy it offers.

As you follow Saffron,

He leads you to a small opening which he only just fits in.

It's like he's magically shrunk to get through this opening.

Up ahead there is something that is sparkling.

This is like something you would have seen in a magical movie.

It is the secret city.

It is emerald green and showered with crystals and powerful energies.

There is a golden gate which Saffron takes you to and you are greeted by these tall beings in white robes.

These are the Great White Brotherhood who reside here within Mount Shasta's secret city.

You feel overwhelmed but very supported.

They are here to share with you their spiritual teachings and are the Ascended Masters.

They step forward and hold their hand out to you and flow high vibrational energy.

They begin to clear all blocked energy from your energy grids,

Your energy fields,

Subconscious and conscious minds,

Your emotional,

Mental,

Etheric,

Casual and chakra bodies,

Across all lifetimes from zero point of creation.

They replace this empty space with divine platinum light and love to allow your entire system to be renewed,

Rejuvenated and recalibrated for your highest and best good.

You can feel the shift and are so grateful for them to assist you today.

They now welcome you and Saffron through the golden gates and you feel amazing and pure.

Before you now stands this magical world.

It's greens and pinks and golds and shimmering waterfalls.

There are fairy elementals flying and dancing.

One lands on your shoulder and you are taken back by the absolute beauty of this elemental and how tiny they are.

They are stunning and cast a soft and gentle vibration.

As you walk forward there is a temple,

Golden in colour and surrounded by clear courts.

This is the inner great temple and appears like a cathedral.

There is the most magnificent white light that is connected to a star in the sky that shines down directly through and into this temple.

You make your way up the stairs and head inside as you meet with your guides of the highest truth and integrity.

They invite you to lay down on this healing table.

You lay down and you notice above you there are these clear courts crystals with coloured lights,

Red,

Orange,

Yellow,

Green,

Light blue,

Indigo blue,

Purple and white.

All the healing colours of the rainbow,

Each one connecting to your vibration as it sends its powerful healing light to every cell,

Every fibre and every level of your being in all dimensions for now and all time.

We take a moment as we receive this healing love and light and the rainbow rays.

As you sit up your guides come forth and place their hand on your left shoulder.

They have come to assist you to retrieve any lost parts of your soul so you can feel whole again.

They hand you a glass of water and ask you to focus your attention on the water.

Now say three times,

Everything I've taken from others I now put back into the water.

They ask you to go outside and pour this water back on the earth,

Knowing that everyone who stands on the earth and all things can be returned to them that way.

You do this and you come back into the temple of healing and your guides give you another glass of water and this time they ask you to repeat to yourself three times,

Everything that has been taken from me I reclaim.

Everything that has been taken from me I reclaim.

Everything that has been taken from me I now reclaim.

You now drink this water.

You give thanks to your guidance team for assisting you to retrieve any lost parts of your soul.

You have just completed a soul retrieval.

There is now a ring of fire around the outside of the temple.

This ring of fire burns up and transmutes any negative energy in which you have released,

Let go and cleared today.

You thank your guides for their contributions and healing and you start to leave the temple.

Saffron is waiting outside and he leads you back to the golden gates where you also share your gratitude with the great white brotherhood.

You feel recharged and invigorated after spending time at this magical place.

As you make your way back with Saffron up to the narrow cave,

He leads you down a different path.

You can hear running water and feel the mist of water as it touches your face.

As you come round the corner,

You are greeted by the most magnificent waterfall.

You have reached Burney Falls,

Often referred to as the 8th wonder of the world.

These falls are massive in size and you can feel their power.

This powerful waterfall is led by a natural spring as it flows through the mountain,

Cleansing and clearing all that does not serve.

Saffron invites you to join him in this flowing water and you dive into its turquoise blue water.

As you stand in this waterfall,

You are invited to allow any emotions that need cleansing to surface and be released.

Know that there are both divine energies as well as earth energies working with you along with the water spirits,

Helping you to take away your fears.

Some fears will release effortlessly into the light,

Lifting you into that divine energy of the universe,

Where others may be drawn with the droplets of water into the earth to be mulched and recycled into new growth.

Imagine these fears finding their new way and their new life as they are broken down by the powerful unconditional love of Mother Earth,

Who is willing to take their energy and transform it into new life.

We now slowly make our way out of the waterfall.
