Welcome to this guided meditation,

Which I like to call a frequency infusion.

Today we will set our intentions to release any baggage you may be carrying,

Allowing you to step into the new year with renewed energy and a sense of personal empowerment As we embark on this journey,

Take a moment to reflect on the past and let go of any emotional or mental burdens that no longer serve.

Embracing this new year with a lighter heart and mind creates space for growth,

Joy and new opportunities to flourish.

My name is Laurie Jane and I'm a crystal and energy healer and I create these beautiful meditations to assist others with their spiritual journey and personal growth.

So during the session we will wander into the depths of an enchanting healing forest where a shimmering silver lake awaits us.

There we will connect with the mystical energies of Merlin,

Tapping into his magical powers.

This is being recorded during the One One Portal,

A gateway to new beginnings.

These energies represent a powerful time for reflection,

Alignment and potential for significant change.

It's a time of balance as we allow significant shifts to take place as we release old patterns,

Allowing for rebirth and renewal.

Now bring your attention to the soles of your feet.

Sense,

See or feel you're pulling up earth energies.

As you pull this energy up,

It comes up to your knees,

Up through your hips,

Up through your heart,

Up to your throat,

Until it reaches your head.

Now visualize these energies cascading at the top of your head like a waterfall.

As it's cleansing,

Clearing and releasing any stuck energy you may be holding on to within your field.

I now invite you to start breathing in universal light,

Beautiful white light.

And as you breathe in this cleansing light,

We breathe out any energy which is not for our highest good.

Any stress,

Any worries,

Now they start to slip away as we focus on this beautiful white universal light.

And now that we've grounded our energy,

Envision a luminous white light flowing down direct from Source,

Through Source Consciousness,

Down from the stars,

Through the Milky Way,

Down through the sky,

As it reaches the top of your crown chakra.

This pearly white light starts to flow down each of your chakras one by one.

It releases any blockages,

Imbalances and non-beneficial energy to the spiritual.

As this energy then flows down through to your root chakra,

It flows down your grounding cord to be transmuted by Mother Earth.

By doing this process,

It is creating the optimum space for you to heal,

Integrate and move any energy that needs to be released at this moment.

This white light works through your entire being,

Your mind,

Your emotions and every single cell as it expands out from your physical body,

Out to your energetic body,

Out to your astral body,

Expanding out into your space where you are.

As you feel your body surrender,

As you receive the protective white light energies.

We now invite in all beings of truth and integrity and of divine light to guide and support us today.

We call upon our ancient teachers and angelic guides to bring us into the energy of the highest light and highest love.

We thank them for their contribution and compassion and for assisting us today.

As we connect with Archangel Michael and his diamond white sword and the diamond white fire,

He offers us protection of the highest light.

We also call in Archangel Saint Germain and the platinum purple violet flame.

We ask that any energy not of the highest vibration be released to the violet flame so it can be transmuted back into pure white light and love.

We activate grounding,

We activate protection and we activate connection.

Now imagine you are getting up from wherever you are and making your way over to the nearest door.

As you open the door,

You step out into a mystical wonderland infused with high vibrations,

Sounds of nature and every spectrum of the color green.

There are purple,

Pink and white crystals growing and calling your attention.

There are these teeny tiny fairies who have the most magical wings and land in the palm of your hand.

So tiny and so beautiful,

Already captivated and mesmerized by the magic that this land beholds.

You start to make your way forward along the path and it is made from crystal clear quartz which will amplify any of your intentions today.

As you walk along this path,

You can choose the direction,

You may be going left or right,

There is no wrong way or no wrong turn.

Just follow your intuition as it leads and guides you forward,

Forward to your new reality,

Your new beginning and your new frequency.

There is an opportunity to let the baggage that has weighed you down go.

You can drop it off along the path and our friends,

The teeny tiny fairies and this magical community will take that from you.

They will transmute that energy into pure vibrational love for the highest good of yourself and the planet.

We'll just take a moment so you can bring forth any baggage and allow this process to happen.

As we continue along the path,

You reach a small incline up a hill.

You can sense the air is crisp and warm and the sun shines her beautiful rays upon you,

Sending you codes and sunbeams of light,

An energetic reset for your entire being.

As you reach the top of the hill,

You are greeted by a magical wonderland.

It looks similar to Alice in Wonderland.

There are red top mushrooms,

Towering of every size that dot the landscape.

Some small as toadstools,

While some form entire homes for the mystical creatures that live here.

There are magical rivers and lakes and streams that flow endlessly through the surroundings,

Shimmering with a pure silver liquid.

Silver,

The metal of magical protection,

Helps support emotional stability,

Intuition and spiritual perception.

It assists to increase your psychic ability,

Support your healing and growth and allow you to go with the flow.

As you make your way over to the lake,

You take a moment to sit on the side of the bank.

This lake is covered in the most beautiful blue lotus flowers.

Vibrant blue petals that hold a cluster of golden yellow stamens inside.

As you connect to the energy signature of the blue lotus,

It helps to awaken the power within and to illuminate your heart,

Mind and soul.

You remove your shoes and begin to dip your toes and feet into the water,

The silver water.

It swirls and moves in the most mesmerizing way,

In and around your feet.

In the quiet stillness of this moment,

You cup your hand,

Gently lean forward and cradle this high vibrational liquid in your hand.

You move this up towards you and now take a sip of this beautiful silver liquid.

This water embodies the energy of colloidal silver,

Often used for its healing properties.

We allow this energy to absorb into our energetic body with its antibacterial,

Antiviral and antifungal effects.

It is cleansing and clearing your body on a deep energetic level,

Boosting your immune system and it helps your body fight off any infections it may be harbouring at this time.

As you peer into the water,

You can see your own reflection.

Standing behind you is a face,

A face that is familiar and friendly.

This is the face of the Merlin,

With a grey long beard that compliments his face.

Known for his wizard-like appearance,

His wisdom and magical abilities,

He's come forth today to assist you with your new future.

He represents the transformative journey of the soul and has the ability to turn lead into gold.

He stands behind you in a dark navy cloak,

Embodied with beautiful patterns of stars,

Moons and sacred geometry.

He is holding a tall white staff that emits a golden light from its spiralled head and this begins to create a pull of light that encompasses you.

Merlin,

Wise alchemist and keeper of ancient wisdom,

We call upon your guidance and insight to help us to see the path of transformation,

To align with our highest purpose and to unlock the magic within ourselves.

With gratitude and trust,

And as we call for this,
