Welcome to this guided meditation.

Today we will be connecting with the keepers of the forest,

The spirit of the Pee Waka Waka,

Also known as the fantail,

And the sacred guardians of the lake,

The eels or tuna.

As we journey into the depths of this magical land,

We are held in the presence of these powerful nature spirits.

Together they offer us deep energetic clearing,

Protection,

And a profound sense of connection.

This meditation has been recorded during Matariki,

A sacred time of reflection,

Remembrance and renewal.

Here in Aotearoa,

New Zealand,

Matariki marks the Maori New Year and invites us to connect more deeply with the rhythms of the land,

The wisdom of our ancestors,

And the light of new beginnings.

It is a time when the veil feels thin and the presence of spirit can be felt more tangible in nature,

In the sky,

In the soil,

And within ourselves.

Before we begin today's practice,

I wish to open the space with a simple karakia to honour the land and the life force that flows through it.

Tīhau mauri ora.

Ko te whenua hi mauri ora.

May the living essence come to life.

The land is a living essence that reminds us that it breathes,

It speaks,

And it remembers.

Today's practice will guide us deep into the forest where the vibrations of the bird song activates the light codes within.

This sacred frequency begins to ripple through our entire being.

Gently recalibrating us on a vibrational level.

Now allow this golden light to rise.

Feel it moving up from the core of the earth,

Traveling through the layers of stone and soil,

Weaving its way upwards,

Until it meets the soles of your feet,

And begins to flow up into your body.

Rising through your legs,

Your hips,

Your heart space.

This golden light gently moving through your throat,

Your third eye,

Up to the crown of your head.

It moves like warm sunshine within you,

And activating as it rises.

As it reaches the crown,

It continues upwards.

This golden energy flowing beyond your physical body,

Ascending past the clouds,

And beyond the universe itself,

Until it reaches the vast expanse of the cosmos.

A place of pure source energy,

Divine light,

And infinite love.

And now from the vastness of the cosmos,

The pillar of white light begins to descend,

Carrying its powerful and protective energy.

Across time and space,

I call on the Ascended Master,

Mary Magdalene,

And all those serving the light,

Mary Magdalene brings through the divine feminine codes of compassion,

And unconditional love.

The bringer of gentle light,

So joyful and oozes complete happiness as she dances so close to you.

Together,

You begin to walk the path ahead.

You can feel the deep and profound sense of peace and protection returning.

The trees welcoming you,

Offering their stillness,

Their strength,

And their knowing.

You can hear in the distance,

Running water,

And a curious to see who might be coming.

Hidden deep within the lake,

Hoping that you may witness the beautiful presence of Tuna,

Our sacred eel.

And as you arrive at the viewing platform,

Over the lake,

You crouch down and look deep into the water.

Not only do you see the eels,

But a reflection of yourself,

Not just your physical face,

But something much,

Much deeper.

You witness the light in your eyes,

The strength in your spirit,

And the journey you've walked to get here.

This is a moment of remembrance.

A moment to honor all that you are,

All that you've become,

And all that you are returning to.

Dear Tuna,

Sacred guardian of the water realm,

We ask you now to assist in the clearing of stagnant emotions,

Ancestral heaviness,

And anything hidden deep beneath the surface that is ready to be released.

Allow the water to receive what no longer needs to be carried.

Take a deep breath,

And as you exhale,

Feel yourself softening,

Letting go,

Letting go,

Letting go.

Allowing our beautiful eels to take that energy and transmute it for the highest good.

Reminding you that the lake does not judge.

It only receives,

Holds,

And transforms.

As you look into the reflection once more,

It's like your intuition is guiding you.

So you start,

And Maramaa heads towards where you are being intuitively led,

Almost leading the way,

With such delight and joy.

Flitting around,

Just beautiful to watch.

With the stone crunching underneath your feet,

You walk until you see a large,

Structured waterfall on the side of a hill.

It is only a trickle at this point,

But as you get closer,

You notice there is a red button which says push to start.

This is not just any button,

This is releasing what holds you back.

As we're about to open the floodgates,

We're about to open this waterfall,

So anything that no longer serves you can be washed away.

Negative energy,

Negative relationships,

Any type of negativity,

Allow this water to take it,

To flow it,

And to transmute it.

This is what this whole journey is about,

Is releasing,

Letting go,

And basically rebirthing a new self.

Get ready to push that button.

And when you feel a light,

Push it.

As the water flows,

Something magical begins to unfold.

Each stone step beneath the waterfall begins to light up,

One by one,

Glowing with radiant colour as the water flows over them like liquid light.

You're not meant to step forward,

Only to witness.

This is an activation by observation,

A visual attunement,

And a soul remembering.

The water dances over the stones,

Glowing in perfect sequence,

As it begins with red,

Activating the root chakra.

This top step glows a deep crimson,

Grounding you into the earth's core and anchoring you into safety and strength.

The second step,

Lighting up in a beautiful orange,

Connecting to the sacral chakra as it shimmers with a soft orange light,

Awakening creativity,

Sensuality,

And emotional flow.

We move to the third step,

In yellow,

As golden light radiates,

Charging your power centre and restoring confidence,

Clarity,

And will.

The next step,

Highlighted in beautiful emerald green,

Opening the gateway of love for yourself,

For others,

And the world.

The next step flowing in a vibrant blue,

Aligning your truth,

Your voice,

And your right to be heard.

Now,

The sixth step,

Connecting to the third eye in an indigo colour.

It awakens your intuition,

Your inner sight,

And soul wisdom.

And at the top of the cascade,

The final step glows with a pure,

Radiant light,

Connecting you to the divine consciousness,

Unity,

And source energy.

You simply watch,

Breathing in the colours,

Allowing the energy to wash over your body and field,

As if the light codes are entering you through the breath,

Your eyes,

And the space between the words.

There is nothing you need to do,

Just receive.

This waterfall is recalibrating you on a quantum level,

Subtle,

But profound,

Soft,

But permanent.

As the final colours of the waterfall fade into a soft,

Rainbow mist,

Marama flutters beside you,

Quieter now,

Her energy soft and steady.

She begins to move again,

And you follow,

Your body still humming with the light codes you've just received.

And the path ahead is lined with moss and wildflowers,

The light shifting as you walk,

And soon,

You and Marama will arrive at a clearing,

Where a sacred labyrinth is gently etched into the forest floor.

Its spirals feel ancient,

Woven from earth,

Stone,

And sacred geometry.

This is the heart of your journey,

A place of integration and embodiment.

There's no destination,

There's no rush,

Only presence.

You step into the labyrinth.

With each step,

You begin to turn.

With each breath,

You can feel the activation from the waterfall,

Beginning to settle.

The chakra-like codes spiralling gently through your system,

Grounding deeply into your field.

And you slowly walk,

Feeling more aligned with each step.

This is a space for all parts of you to come together.

Your inner child,

Your soul's knowing.

You reach the centre,

Under the birthright of our sovereign soul,

We command the removal of any hooks,

Or anything that is not a part of us,

Or our energy,

That we have not consented to.

We command to immediately and permanently sever these connection points with anyone or anything that is siphoning our energy across all times and dimensions of reality.

We call upon our guides to help uphold this enduring protection,

And call upon the violet flame to remove any leftover remnants,

And the white fire to create a force field of high vibrational energy and light that repels anything not in our highest good.

After experiencing a deep receiving,
