Aloha beautiful souls.

Welcome or welcome back.

Today's meditation is designed to walk you through a remembering to re-establish self-trust deep within.

You may gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Slowly exhale out of the mouth.

Do this a few more times letting the body soften with each exhalation.

Feel the weight of your body against the surface beneath you.

Notice the support of the earth holding you without question.

There is nothing to do,

Nowhere to be.

Just this moment.

Just you.

Now gently shift your awareness to your heart center.

Visualize the space in your chest.

Imagine a warm golden light glowing within,

Steady and unwavering.

For this light is your wisdom,

Your inner guide that has always known the way.

The part of you that speaks in quiet nudges,

Gentle reminders and deep knowing.

Rest here for a few moments.

Take your time and become familiar with this light,

With this feeling of calm and trust as it emanates through your whole body.

Now ask yourself,

When have I trusted myself before?

When have I listened to my own voice and felt its truth?

Allow memories to surface big or small.

Moments when you followed your instincts,

Honored your feelings,

Or stood by yourself despite the doubt.

Recall the way this felt through and through in your body.

Can you return to that trust and assurance deep within?

Now lean into that frequency of confidence and embody this trust with yourself.

Take a deep breath in to this vibration and feel it expand.

Stay with this energy.

Visualize yourself walking forward,

Gently foraging your way through life with this new confidence.

Each step is steady and grounded in trust.

You no longer need external validation to know what is right for you.

For you remember you are your own guide,

Your own safe place.

Now continue with your breath,

Letting trust settle deep in your body.

Let it anchor in your heart,

Within your breath,

And in the way that you hold yourself.

Allow yourself to settle.

Staying with your breath.

Staying with this light.

Allowing this energy of trust to wash over your whole being.

And take your time as you shift your awareness back into your surroundings.

Noticing where you are.

Coming back into your body.

You are divinely guided.
