Welcome back to another meditation.

In today's session,

I will be guiding you to cultivate your radiant confidence.

Please take a moment to arrive right here,

Just as you are.

Let your body soften and begin to steady your breath.

There is nowhere else you need to be.

This is your time.

Your time to come home to your inner radiance.

Slowly begin to inhale through your nose and exhale out of the mouth.

Let the breath draw you inward.

Let the breath become your anchor.

Inhale once again,

Slowly and deeply.

Allow yourself to exhale with a nice big sigh,

Letting go.

Begin to feel the weight of your body making contact with the surface beneath you.

The steadiness of the ground holding you without condition.

Allow any tension in your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Or your belly to simply melt.

Soften the space behind your eyes and feel into the quiet.

Feel into the power that lives beneath the noise.

Let your breath return to a natural rhythm.

As you rest here,

Begin to sense a light within you.

It might be a flicker.

It may be a glow.

This light is yours.

This light has been with you since the beginning.

It is the essence of your self-trust,

Your fire,

And your knowing.

This light does not dim with doubt.

It does not vanish in fear.

For it waits.

It listens.

And it rises when you choose to believe in yourself.

Feel that light now in the center of your chest.

Feel its warmth.

Feel it expand.

This is the spark of your radiant confidence.

Now you may repeat these words silently or aloud as a devotion to yourself.

I am rooted in my worth.

I am radiant with truth.

I honor who I am without shrinking or hiding.

My confidence is not arrogance.

It is the sacred expression of being fully alive.

Let those words settle.

Notice what they awaken inside of you.

Notice where you feel open in your body.

And perhaps where there might be resistance.

Both are welcome.

For this is a practice of remembering.

Now I'd like you to imagine standing in a wide open field at sunrise.

The sky painted in golds and firelight.

You are standing tall,

Barefoot,

Heart open to the horizon.

The sunlight is touching your skin,

Kissing every part of you back into wholeness.

In this vision,

You feel completely at home in your body.

Your spine is upright.

Your breath is calm.

You are not trying to be anyone else.

You are simply,

Magnificently you.

From this place,

Feel the energy of your confidence rise from your belly into your heart.

From your heart to your throat.

From your throat to your eyes,

Clear and bold.

You radiate from the inside out.

Let this version of you,

Fully expressed,

Fully empowered,

Stand at the center of your awareness.

Now,

What does this version of you say or choose to believe?

How do they walk into a room?

How do they handle challenge?

How do they speak with love and certainty?

Let this image be etched into your nervous system.

For it is here,

Within this space,

You are becoming.

You already are.

Now I'd like you to draw your awareness back into your breath.

Let your hands rest on your heart or softly on your belly.

Feel the pulse of life moving through you.

You are not broken.

You are becoming.

You are worthy of being seen,

Celebrated,

And trusted.

First by yourself,

And then by the world.

Radiant confidence lives within you.

It does not depend on external approval.

For it is the bold act of loving yourself forward.

Even when the voice of doubt tries to dim the light,

You remember.

Take a few final breaths here.

Inhale self-trust.

And exhale the doubt.

Inhale clarity.

Exhale fear.

Inhale courage.

Exhale contraction.

When you feel ready,

Gently begin to come back into the body.

Slowly,

You may open your eyes.

Return to your day with a softness in your chest.

.

.

A fire in your gut.

.

.

And a quiet,

Radiant confidence guiding your every step.

You are already enough.

You always have been.

Let your light lead you.
