Relax your shoulders,
Place your feet firmly on the ground and take another deep breath in and out.
Feel the weight of your body as it's supported by the ground beneath you.
Let go of any tension in your neck,
Shoulders or jaw.
Now,
Place your hand gently over your heart or your abdomen,
Wherever feels comfortable.
Feel the rise and fall of your breath.
With every exhale,
Imagine releasing the thoughts that tell you you're not enough.
With every inhale,
Imagine filling your body with strength and calm.
Let's take a moment to scan your body.
Start at the top of your head and notice if there's any tension in your forehead or around your eyes and let it soften.
Move to your jaw and allow it to loosen.
Drop your shoulders a little lower and let your arms rest comfortably at your sides or on your lap.
And now bring your attention to your pelvis,
The foundation of your strength and energy.
Feel its connection to the earth,
Solid and grounded.
As you exhale,
Allow any tension in your lower body to melt away.
With your hands still on your body,
Repeat silently or out loud,
I am grounded.

As you breathe,
Imagine energy flowing up from the ground into your body,
Filling you with calm and strength.
With each inhale,
Draw that energy upward.
With each exhale,

What was the energy around you?
Hold on to that feeling and bring it into this moment.
Imagine yourself walking into a room,

With nothing to prove.
Feel the strength in your posture,
The ease in your breath and the warmth of your presence.
Now bring your attention to your penis.
Place your hand lightly over your lower abdomen or groin and take a deep breath.
This part of your body holds so much energy,
Vitality and pleasure.
It's time to release any shame or frustration you've carried and offer it appreciation instead.
