Hello friends,

Welcome to this moment of pause.

Let's take a deep breath in together and exhale let it go.

Inhale again feeling your belly expand and exhale as you receive this pause.

One more deep breath in as you arrive and exhale feel yourself fully present.

Sometimes our days can feel full of so many things going on,

So many things coming at us,

So many things on what feels like our endless to-do list.

Remember my friend,

We do not have to carry it all,

We can instead create it.

Taking over and stifling our forward progress,

We can embrace the power of pause.

Deep breath in and exhale feel yourself grounding into this moment.

Pause is possible when we slow down and recognize each moment as an opportunity to pour into ourselves.

Pause can be our protection and the resistance in wanting to pause can open the door to opportunity for release.

Pause allows progress to move any frenetic energy into a place of serenity.

When moments throughout our day feel challenging and they will,

Remember you can always come back to this moment.

You have the power to choose moments of pause.

Take a moment and imagine yourself standing on the edge of a beautiful lake.

Your toes are immersed in the sand and the water is gently lapping at your feet.

You feel the bright,

Warm light of the sunshine illuminating over your crown.

And as this light travels down through your mind and your neck and your shoulders,

Moving into your heart space,

You feel the warmth radiating within you.

The light travels down into your root chakra where you feel the grounding support warming and enveloping you.

The light slowly travels down through your legs,

Your knees,

Your ankles,

And your toes.

And as you slowly look down into the water,

You see a rock.

You pick up the rock and you envision any tensions,

Any stress,

Any heaviness that you've been carrying.

This rock represents all those things.

You hold it in your hands,

You embrace it and acknowledge it.

And for a moment you feel compelled to hold on to it and that's okay.

Inhale as you remember you're here to create pause and release.

And exhale slowly as you embrace the power and the desire to let go.

Now I invite you to take the rock and gently throw it out into the water.

And as it makes it splash and the water ripples,

You notice the beauty of letting go.

And as you continue to look out over the water,

The ripples have settled and the rock that represented any heaviness,

Stress,

Or tension is no longer there.

Breathe in,

Feeling yourself expanding,

And exhale.

Inhale deeply,

And exhale,

Let it go.

You slowly walk out of the water.

And you find a comfortable seat on the sandy beach,

Feeling the warm,

Bright light enveloping you.

And in this subtle moment of feeling the warmth radiating into your body,

You simultaneously feel the light embracing you in the most positive way.

In this moment,

Friend,

You've chosen to rest and restore by creating pause.

I will leave you with this gentle reminder.

That when fear and tension and the stresses of daily life feel overwhelming,

You have the power within to choose pause.

Remember,

Pause is possible.

Pause allows progress.

And pause is your inner protection.

As you slowly come back into your space,

Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes,

And feel the smile come across your face as you acknowledge the power of the pause.

From my soul space to yours,

May you always feel the internal love and light that exists within you.
