Welcome back to Day 3.
I do hope you are enjoying this Grace and Gratitude meditation series.
Day 3 is all about gratitude for what's becoming.
So much of our becoming unfolds beneath the surface,
Quietly,
Steadily,
Without applause.
Gratitude helps us soften into trust,
Trust in ourselves,
Even when the way forward isn't fully formed.
Beneath every hesitation,
Something is rooting itself.
Beneath every pause,
Something is aligning or realigning.
And beneath every unanswered question,
Something inside you is gathering strength.
You know,
We don't always see the shifts as they happen.
The slow healing,
The subtle courage,
Those tiny realignments that end up reshaping a whole season of our lives.
But gratitude lets us feel these changes before they're visible.
It steadies the breath.
It widens the heart.
It reminds us that becoming is not a performance.
It's a quiet unfolding.
So as we prepare to meditate together,
Let's take a moment to consider today's centering thought.
Even what I cannot yet see is growing faithfully within me.
This thought really honors that unseen,
Beneath-the-surface transformation as it's happening.
Even what I cannot yet see is growing faithfully within me.
Softly close your eyes.
Rest your hands gently on your knees,
Palms up in a gesture of openness and receiving,
Or palms down if grounding feels right today.
Let your breath deepen and expand throughout your entire chest as though you're breathing directly into your heart.
And now let's introduce the mantra,
I trust.
I trust.
This mantra gives us the strength and clarity and courage to trust our deepest self.
I trust.
I trust.
Whenever you find yourself distracted by thoughts,
Noises,
Feelings,
Anything in the environment,
Gently invite your focus back to the mantra,
To your breath,
And to this present moment.
Please continue with your meditation.
I'll mind the time,
Starting and ending with a bell.
Sit restfully for a few moments,
And when you feel ready,
Open your eyes.
As you continue with your day,
Contemplate our centering thought.
Even what I cannot yet see is growing faithfully within me.
May you move through your day rooted in grace,
Growing toward what's calling you next.
Thank you so much for your practice.
