We are going to take in some powerful affirmations this morning.
We are going to embrace this new day as a blank canvas,
A fresh start.
So let's create a beautiful day full of joy and prosperity.
So I invite you to get comfortable sitting or laying down,
Whatever feels right for you
And gently close your eyes.
Become aware of your breath,
Breathing in with a long deep breath.
Breathing in all the way to your heart space and release with a long deep breath out.
Releasing anything from the previous day,
Anything that no longer serves you,
Just letting
It all go.
Let's take another few deep breaths in,
Breathing in this beautiful new life force energy,
Breathing
It all in,
Filling up your lungs and releasing with a long deep breath.
I'm going to share some powerful affirmations with you,
Your subconscious mind is going
To absorb these positive affirmations,
They're going to become part of your core belief system.
Every thought you think and every word you speak is an affirmation.
So let's choose to use only positive affirmations to create a new and fulfilling life.
