Feel the warmth and stillness of the space around you,
Creating a sense of tranquility and peace.
Now bring your attention to your breath.
Notice the natural rhythm of your breath as you inhale and exhale.
Allow each breath to become slower and deeper,
Bringing a sense of relaxation and grounding.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine that you are standing outside on a beautiful open field,
Standing where the Sun is about to rise.
Feel the coolness of the morning air on your skin and the gentle breeze brushing against your face.
Visualize the sky slowly transitioning from dark to a soft vibrant orange and pink hue as the Sun begins to peak over the horizon.
Witness the birth of a new day filled with endless possibilities and opportunities.
As the Sun rises higher,
Feel its warm rays touching your skin.
Imagine that with each ray of sunlight,
A surge of energy enters your body,
Revitalizing every cell and filling you with a sense of renewed vitality.
Visualize the Sun's golden light flowing into the crown of your head,
Illuminating your mind and awakening your senses.
Feel this radiant light expanding down through your entire body,
Bringing clarity,
Focus and a deep sense of purpose.
As the sunlight continues to flow through you,
Imagine it reaching your heart center.
Feel your heart opening up to receive this divine energy,
Filling you with love,
Gratitude and compassion.
Allow this light to expand,
Radiating outwards,
Touching every aspect of your entire being.
Now bring your awareness to your physical body.
Visualize the sunlight infusing every cell,
Every muscle and every organ with vibrant energy.
Feel any tension or fatigue melting away,
Replaced by a renewed sense of strength and vitality.
Take a moment to set an intention for the day ahead.

Visualize yourself moving through the day with confidence,
Joy and a deep connection to your inner self.
Express gratitude for the new day that lies before you.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
