Firstly,
I'd like you to begin by finding a comfortable position.
Either sitting or lying down.
Gently close your eyes.
And take a deep breath in through your nose.
Filling your lungs completely.
And then exhale gently through your mouth.
Releasing any tension or stress.
As you breathe in,
Invite peace and tranquility.
As you breathe out,
Let go of anything that no longer serves you.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to settle more deeply into this moment.
Inhale deeply.
And as you do,
Imagine drawing in radiant energy from the universe.
Hold this energy for a moment.
Feeling its warmth.
Now exhale slowly.
Letting go of any negativity or self-doubt.
Continue this cycle of deep breathing.
Focusing on the gentle rise and fall of your chest.
Bringing your awareness to the present.
Now bring your attention to your heart center.
Imagine a soft,
Warm light beginning to glow here.
With each breath,
Visualize this light growing brighter and expanding.
It represents your inner beauty,
Grace,
And the essence of who you are.
As this light expands,
Feel it radiating warmth throughout your entire body.
Picture it flowing gently through your arms,
Down into your fingertips,
And all the way through your legs to the tips of your toes.
With each breath,
This inner glow becomes more vibrant.
Filling you with a sense of empowerment and confidence.
Visualize this beautiful light has a radiant aura surrounding you.
Shimmering with every color of the rainbow.
Feel its energy surrounding you in a cocoon of love and tranquility.
Now focus on the qualities that make you unique and beautiful.
Silently affirm to yourself,
I am beautiful.
I am radiant.
I am worthy of love and joy.
Allow these affirmations to resonate within you.
Filling you with a sense of deep self-love and acceptance.
As you continue to breathe,
Visualize yourself moving gracefully through your day.
Confident and empowered.
Imagine the glow from your inner light shining outwards.
