As you relish in the sun's glow visualise a beautiful blue sky above you.
Picture the expanse of the sky,
Clear and vast stretching out in all directions.
Feel the limitless possibilities and freedom that the sky represents.
Listen carefully to the sounds around you.
Imagine the sweet harmonies of the birds chirping as they greet you in the morning.
Hear them soaring through the sky,
Their joyful songs filling the air.
Allow their joyful melodies to uplift your spirit and bring a smile to your face.
As you continue to breathe deeply envision happiness and joy filling your entire being.
Visualise a radiant light within you growing brighter with every breath.
Allow this light to spread throughout your body filling every cell and fibre with a deep sense of contentment and bliss.
With each inhale imagine breathing in pure happiness and joy.
With each exhale release any negativity or tension allowing it to dissolve into the air.
Feel your heart expanding with love and gratitude for the beauty and abundance in your life.
Take a moment to express gratitude for this new day,
