Now shift your focus to the gift of life itself.
Express your gratitude for the opportunity to be alive and to experience all that this beautiful earth has to offer.
Feel the gratitude for the fresh air you breathe,
The warmth of the sun and the beauty of nature.

Recognise the opportunity for growth,
Connection and learning that this human life offers.
