Welcome to this meditation where we will be focusing on digestion,
Coming out of fight or flight,
And ultimately healing the gut-brain axis.
Before we get started,
We must understand that we are powerful energetic beings,
And that our physical health is oftentimes related to our energetic,
Emotional,
And quantum health.
By recognizing that we are these powerful energetic beings,
And knowing that we are ultimately in control of our body's energy,
Our physical health,
Mental health,
And ultimately digestion,
We can begin to move into a space of healing,
Oneness,
And flow.
Let us get started in a comfortable position,
Either upright or laying down,
With one hand on our heart and one hand above our belly button.
Slowly take an inhale through this channel,
And then through your entire vessel,
And then even slower take an exhale,
Releasing any stress,
Tension,
Anxiety,
Sadness,
Or fear.
Repeat this breath at least four times,
Breathing in each time a little bit slower,
And breathing out even slower.
Picture your nervous system as a long channel through your spine,
And what you are doing with this breath is physically calming it down.
Be very intentional and purposeful with your breathing,
Not worrying about distractions or your mind,
Simply coming back to the breath anytime these arise,
And if a difficult emotion or thought or distraction comes up,
Releasing it with your breath.
Now picture the space around you filled with light,
White,
Or bright yellow energy,
And now with every breath that you've just opened this channel with,
Breathe in this bright white or yellow light,
Connecting to it deeply,
And bringing it to the hand that is above your belly.
Slowly,
Intentionally with your breath,
Connect to this quantum energy that is around you,
And now bring it from your belly,
Slowly,
Vertebra by vertebra,
Up through your entire spine.
Connect with this for a few more moments,
And envision that this quantum light around you is charging up the quantum light in you,
Located at your belly.
Slowly,
Through each breath,
This bright white or bright yellow light around you becomes a bright white or yellow light in you.
Through each breath,
The boundaries of this quantum light that is surrounding you and the quantum light in you become a little bit less defined,
And through each breath you are completely engulfed in this,
So you are the quantum light,
There is no distinction anymore.
Notice any thoughts or emotions or feelings that come up,
And use this light to slowly encapsulate these and release them with your breath.
Understanding that this quantum light is just you,
Personified in your unique,
Beautiful vessel,
And that this energy that you possess has the capability to healing all,
Not only physical ailments,
But mental and spiritual.
Continue this for five more minutes.
Slowly begin to return to normal breathing,
And return to the space physically that's around you.
Open your eyes if you haven't done so already.
Take a moment of gratitude for yourself that you are doing this,
That you will be able to digest and eat whatever it is that you wish without any pain,
Bloating,
Reflux,
Or any other negative associations that come with eating,
Drinking,
Or just being.
