Breathe with a rhythm of the fall and rise of your chest by inhaling to the count of four,
Holding this breath for a count of six,
And slowly releasing this breath at the count of eight.
Repeating the inhale slowly to the count of four,
Holding for a count of six,
And slowly releasing it to the count of eight.
