Drop your shoulders,
Loosen your jaw and relax your tongue.
Follow my voice and draw your attention to the rhythm of your chest as it lifts and lowers with each breath.
Slowly inhale to the count of four,
Hold this breath to the count of six,
And slowly release this breath to the count of eight.
Let's repeat this.

And slowly release this breath to the count of eight.
Now visualize yourself and your body vibrating freely as one.
Mentally guide any emotions thriving inside a lingering or unresolved storyline into your heart space.
Imagine your heart energy wrapping its unconditional love around the emotions,
Relieving you of ownership.
Trust that you are safe.
Tune into the energy of those emotions your ego mind feeds that keep the storyline thriving and ask yourself,
Does this narrative bear any truth to who I am right now?
Is this storyline fulfilling me right now?
What am I gaining from these repeated and unresolved thoughts and emotions?
What are the emotions I am feeding that do not uplift me?
What is missing from my storyline that I can provide for myself?
Keep breathing as you acknowledge these emotions and thank them for the awareness they brought you.
Prepare to release them and return your attention to your heart space.
Now imagine a purple orb floating in front of you.
Gather up the energy of those emotions and place them inside the orb.
Claim the importance of my self-worth takes precedence.
Visually release the orb to the universes while claiming I release the false narratives that do not align with my truth.
I am safe and so it is.
