Let's begin by bringing our awareness into our body,
Feeling our sit bones,
And adjusting our spine so it is comfortable and upright.
And coming into our bodies by being aware of our skin,
The way that the atmosphere is brushing up against it,
Areas that are cool,
That are tense,
And beginning to pay attention to our whole physical vital body.
We become aware of the energy that the physical body is creating,
And we begin to pour-breathe with our whole body.
And at any time,
When a thought comes up,
We allow it to be there,
And we just bring our attention back to our body,
Our being,
And we really use our mind to pay attention to all of the feelings that are arising in our skin,
In our physical form.
Whenever we notice tension or resistance,
We put our mind at that spot and we release it,
And then we move on to the next one.
But the goal is to find stillness in our awareness of our physical being,
And then let's slowly make our breaths longer and deeper,
As we allow our awareness to rise up into our heart center,
Our breath becomes softer than a whisper,
As we begin to feel the fascia around our hearts,
And our chests may open a little,
And our ribs and our lungs may expand,
As our awareness of our heart grows,
You may want to place your hands on your heart,
To let it know that it is a safe space right here to feel and to expand,
And you may want to ask it permission to feel.
You allow the awareness of your heart,
Who governs all your emotions,
To expand and grow,
And fill your space,
And become a sphere around you,
If it helps you can lift your arms into a chi ball,
So you can feel the width of your heart and emotions,
And hold them,
And as you breathe,
You align your physical body and your breath to the depths of your astral heart body,
And we stay here for a few minutes,
Holding this openness of our heart.
Now let's begin to bring our awareness up into our pineal gland,
Which is the third eye between our eyebrows,
And you gently roll your eyes up and let them rest,
Releasing all of your tension in your face,
Your eyes,
Your jaws,
Making micro adjustments to the gaze of your third eye,
So it's soft,
And as you release all of your muscles of your skull and your brain,
Your awareness rises up to the top of your head,
Your crown,
And you may feel a gentle pulling up of your being,
As you allow your crown to unfurl and open gently,
Much like a lotus flower unfurling its petals to the sun,
And while holding this awareness of your pineal gland and your crown,
You are also aware of the expanded state of your heart,
And how your physical body is still poor breathing,
And you allow yourself to notice what it feels like to be in alignment with your three bodies,
And you float,
And now let's bring in a negative emotion above our crown.
We will feel the misery and the suffering,
And bring it in with full intensity.
We feel it in every body.
Our physical body begins to tighten and contract,
And you bring in your rage,
Your fear,
Your resentment,
Your anger,
The suffering,
And let it permeate all of you.
We bring it into our physical,
Emotional,
And mental,
And in our inhale,
We inhale this anger and misery,
And our exhale,
We breathe out and we transform the misery by letting it go,
By surrendering and accepting,
And with this deep allowing,
And with our breaths,
When we bring in our misery,
It's a very,
Very long,
Deep inhale.
Once again,
Bringing in all the misery and holding it and feeling in every body until the breath is out,
And then we exhale,
And when we exhale,
There's so much compassion for allowing us to feel this misery,
And knowing that we're here to provide this space for ourselves,
And we really let go until there's no more.
No more breath left,
And we repeat this.
Now,
Let's bring in our family,
Our friends,
The strangers in our lives,
The whole world,
And we will breathe in the misery that accompanies their lives,
How it affects our lives,
And we don't leave anyone out,
And in every in-breath,
We condense,
And we feel all the misery in all of our three bodies,
Our physical,
Emotional,
And mental,
And we breathe in deep with this misery,
As deep as we can breathe,
As long as the breath will allow,
And at our exhale,
We breathe out,
And we transform all this misery and negative energy into positive energy,
Into joy,
Gratefulness,
Understanding,
Compassion,
And we breathe it out until there's no more breath left,
And you might find that there's space now after these long breaths,
And you might want to pause.
So,
In-breath,
You breathe in,
Condense,
And feel all of the negative energy,
And pause,
And hold,
And then exhale,
Transforming into positive energy,
Into understanding,
And when there's no breath left,
You pause,
And just become aware of that space,
And in your own time,
Breathe in and breathe out with the pauses,
And now,
Let's come back to our body,
Becoming aware of our skin,
And then,
Poor breathing with our whole being,
Expanding the awareness of our body all around us to fill and become a sphere around us,
And allowing our breath to slow down as our awareness rises up to our heart,
And we notice how there's more space in our emotions,
And we allow this space to grow into our sphere,
And we release time,
And very naturally,
We feel a pull for awareness to rise up to our third eye,
And our eyes to roll in their sockets and rest as we relax all of our facial,
And skull,
And muscles all around our crown,
And our crown very softly and gently opens up,
And we feel our three bodies aligning in the release of space,
And we can feel ourselves float in our sphere into infinity as we become one with this frequency,
I am infinity,
And let's now bring our hands together,
And place them on top of our heart to condense all of the energy and chi we have just cultivated and really give thanks to our heart and our being for being able to open and feel,
To recognize,
To release for ourselves,
For others,
And strangers,
And to know that whatever emotions come up,
We always have a choice to transform them,
And that we are always able to cultivate,
And create,
And expand,
And release with so much compassion and gratitude for ourselves.
